The bathroom sink smelled strongly of mold whenever the water was turned on, the restaurant was a little understaffed so we had a little wait for drinks and food both times we were there

Breakfast was not that great. Trays were empty except a southwestern bean and egg thing. (It looked very unappetizing) Would be nice if the pool opened before 10:00.

While I love the idea of housekeeping done by request, they need a better system for it. I asked for it at least 4 times during my stay and every time I asked housekeeping, my room wasn’t on their list

The breakfast was lacking. The eggs and the sausage were way overcooked, almost inedible. The only other options were cereal, toast and two packages of pop tarts. Also, the pool not opening until 10, made us unable to use it.

My TV didn't work. When I called down to the desk she said she "would see if she could send someone up" I got sick of waiting so I told her to forget it. My room didn't have a microwave. I mentioned it at checkout and was told not all rooms have them. It would have been nice to know I had to request a room with a microwave. When I told her about the TV never working she very dryly told me she was sorry and that's it. She did not care one bit that I was unhappy with the stay. The business is hospitality, maybe try to at least address the guests' issues. I won't stay there again due to the lack of effort on their end. Also, the room was right by the elevator and when there is nothing else making noise in the room, it is very loud.

The bed was very comfortable and a nice selection of pillows. I have stayed at this hotel more than once and it has always been wonderful. Until this stay.

There was only one of two elevators working. The on premise Restaurant was closed.

I was there for a business conference. We conducted are our business in the conference room. I had no need to use the Business Center. The staff I encountered were polite and courteous. Room was comfortable, although the beds were high, I at 6'3" could not sit on the edge and still have my feet on the floor.

No heat in the bathroom. Heat system very loud. Toilet paper holder to far away for short people

The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. The second room had a HVAC unit from the original build in 1990s. We requested a King size room and were given two Queens. If I’d wanted a Queen, I would’ve asked for Freddie Mercury!

It was noisy. The first two nights people were sleeping with their tv at maximum volume an the rest of the nights they switched my room to another, which was by the pool and well, again, noise to until about midnight.
