This is the 2nd time I've stayed, and the alarm clock has been previously set. This was the first time that I was actually getting to sleep past 6 a.m., and the alarm woke me from a deep sleep. Needless to say, I never went back to sleep. I couldn't just unplug it, I had to fiddle with the darn thing until I could figure out how to turn off. I was not happy.

Does not have side doors to go out at nighttime. You have to go out the main doors which is frustrating. The beds were not fully made. Also the AC fans are COVERED with dust and dirt and would not stay on.

Not so open to everyone. Very nice staff that always greet at the doors. Lobby and other areas are very clean.

The room was not clean. The floor had popcorn all over it. The bead was made but disheveled.

The only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the bed. It was too soft, and didn’t support my back. I slept on the couch, and was fine.

We liked just about everything. I wish we had more time to spend there.

My room had water in the bathtub when I got there with black hairs floating in the water.. it wasn’t cleaned. I was surprised they didn’t offer breakfast for the guests considering the price of the stay.

The place was super pretty and well kept for the most part. The pool & hot tub were nice as well.

In the morning I turned on the water for a shower and dark brown water and black gunk came out of the faucet, so I couldn’t take a shower. Front desk staff seemed unsurprised and unconcerned when I told them about it at checkout. Bathroom faucet has very little water pressure, was hard to get any hot water out of. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

Breakfast was good, our waitress was nice. Location was convenient.

The arcade was not as advertised. I expected it to be bigger. Also, we booked here strictly on the game room and the pool and neither were accessible during our stay and it was not made known until we had already paid.

No small frig only a few channels on the TV and there was a $100 security deposit for damage and was never told about it until after I checked my credit card information and working in the hospitality field, and for one of the largest companies in the state of Michigan  the facilities definitely need updating

The pool area is great but there were a lot of unsupervised kiddos in the hot tub and pool during our stay.

Front desk, maintenance and bar/restaurant personnel were all awesome. Everyone was helpful, smiling and friendly! Close to WMU, stores, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!

I was frantic after a 3 hour drive. my daughter who is ill needed to rest, and was skating at 8:30 pm at Wings Event Center. Rachel although new, was so kind to us and worked with housekeeping to get us into our room early. Rachel made extraordinary efforts to be sure our stay was perfect.
