Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had to ask for towels, blankets for the sofa bed. There was no cups for drinking water. There was construction on the floor we were staying on. They don’t tell you they are under construction.
The person at the front desk was nice, but when our key didn’t work. She kept asking were we sure. We received another set of keys and they did not work for the room either.

United StatesThe linen and comforter are frail and spotty - - sheets are dull as well. The walk for a person with a disability is very far and not easily to get to. The room key stopped working and we have to make two trips to the front desk as we were already exhausted plus my husband had treatment earlier that day which made walking so far very uncomfortable. Some of lights did not work and needed the bulbs to be replaced. Pillows were too soft

United Statesthe torn linens, computer chair seat and shower curtains are a bad look. the room had a stale smoky smell and the heater smelled awful. the mattress in 413 has seen it’s lifespan and needs to be replaced. also the toilet sweated and the from of the toilet to the floor was soaking wet. it was also disappointing that the pool and hot tub were closed but that was not reflected online when I booked. I was very disappointed. I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed there many of times

United StatesWish there was a sunroom or deck for smoking. It could have a powerful exhaust system. Seems like I was charged twice for breakfast. Paid for it to be included in original payment. After breakfast, there was a charge added to my deposit which I haven't received back yet.

United StatesHot water went out on my last day. After speaking with front desk staff I was informed the where all they could and the issue affected the entire hotel. I ran out to get coffee and when i returned my room key had been deactivate. Despite the hot water issue I was only given an extra hour for late check-out. Also, I noticed water did not properly drain out of the bathtub. By the time I finished showering there was water up past my ankles. This was one of my worst experiences at a Holiday Inn and I do not feel I got the best value for the price I paid.
Front desk staff was nice.
