The hallway areas were very hot. Also found 3 pills on the floor by our bed. One ended up being an antipsychotic, one was a cholesterol pill and the last wasn’t even labeled. Scary because we have a toddler and what if she had found them before us. The area seems like it might be unsafe due to the amount of cameras on businesses and the Waffle House closing inside after dark.. never seen a Waffle House close their doors ever.

The button on the elevator needs to be replaced for a few floors. A few of them did not light up.

The young man at the front desk was most helpful. I had a question about a certain store, and he told me where the best one was. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Also, the property is nice and well kept.

They were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the hotel price. This was an additional ($8 - $9) daily fee to be added to the room price. My wife and guest did not select breakfast because one of the two dates they would be fasting all day, but would still need to pay for both dates instead of just one date. My wife also felt the cost of the hotel rooms warranted some type of breakfast even if it was a continental breakfast or grab and go bag. Would they stay again? - probably not (she said never say never unless the hotel maintains unsanitary conditions)

My wife and her best friend rooms were on the second floor but not close together. The representative at the desk made changes so they could be placed beside each other with adjourning rooms, so they felt safe checking on each other without leaving our rooms. The hotel was at a good location and easy to find. The hotel was clean in appearance. A few baked cookies were at the front desk when they arrived.

The pool, the gym, and how clean it was

The front desk and cleaning crew had great customers service but the kitchen staff Ligt skin heavy set lady Has a bad attitude and a horrible demeanor about herself She was very rude while we were eating Its a way to talk to guess The kids forgot to the close the hot pots down She came out very nasty close the pots down Other people want hot food I apologize for the mistake She then preceded to get on her phone and talk about in the back were I could hear her I knock on the door to let her know I understand and apologize but don't keep talking about us after the fact She stated this is my phone and mouth I can do what I please I said no problem I will let the owner know about your behavior I was very upset about the situation Front desk was very apologetics and had a conversation with her She was still nasty Other then that The hotel was nice and clean

The staff was unfriendly from check in to check out. The waitress in the restaurant was very unpleasant and it took about 40 minutes to be waited on. Food took just as long and one meal was incorrect. The waitress argued over what we ordered. The pool was freezing cold (indoor heated pool - this was why we chose this location) and our room had no towels. I called the front desk to get towels and she said I would have to come get them in the lobby (I had 2 kids in the shower) when I got down there 2 staff members were just sitting there one playing on the phone. Breakfast food was not good either.
