The room was fine, just a little smaller. The elevator was very far away from our room, like the other side of the building, which was inconvenient with babies and strollers.

The room was update. The location is very close to the Grand Canyon, which was important to us because we wanted to catch the sunset every night.

We were situated in object 200 which in general seemed dirty and shabby. The room was by the entrance and you could hear people slamming the room doors all the time. Air condition didn’t work and when they “repaired it” it was even worse with dirty air coming out of it and dying noises it made.

Checkin only from 4 p.m. we could not enter our booked room at 3 p.m without additional fee. This is quite unusual all over the US. Not so nice reception at first moment.

Nice pool area, spacious gym, good breakfast. Second contact with reception was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location—just a few minutes' drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists traveling to the Grand Canyon. There is a gas station, restaurants, and wildlife close to the hotel.

1) The breakfast system is awkward. It took a lot of time for the personnel to serve drinks. Also, one of them spilled coffee on us and was not so kind about it... 2) It makes no sense to play a movie at full volume (also a very noisy one...) in the indoor pool during night, when it's probable that guests want to relax in the pool. 3) No elevator.

The location close to the Grand Canyon is the key point. The resort is beautiful, including the rooms, facilities and all the premises.

We were charged for breakfast included in our booking. 2 weeks of calls to the hotel and booking to solve it.

The check in was very busy. The staff member we encountered when checking in was quite unpleasant. We should have had breakfast included though booking.com but we were told upon arrival that we only have 2 breakfasts included even though we booked a room for 4, so we had to pay extra.

Breakfast room was a little small considering it being a huge resort. There was always a waiting line.

- Poor for a 4-star hotel; - Smelly hotel towels and, unforgivably, an uncleaned bathroom floor, although the room and the bedding were clean. The bathroom was small, and even the cotton pads and earplugs were limited; - Dark room, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere; - No hot water in the shower, only warm; - Breakfast - I know it's poor all over the US, but here, for 4-stars, you get more fruit, nothing more, and nothing more valuable.

- parking was a little difficult to find probably due to high occupancy - the breakfast had amazing options but could benefit from a European continental approach as well (think about slices of cheese, vegetable options, savory fresh bread) instead of only the typical high sugar breakfast

- spacious cozy rooms - great property with all kinds of amenities - amazing location - staff was lovely - very comfortable and clean

A few more vegetarian options in the restaurants would have been nice. Breakfast was okay, but some healthier options would have been nice.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was always friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is conveniently located with convenience stores, gas stations, the IMAX theater nearby, and with only a short drive to the entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park.

There should be showers on the pool. It was not very much hygienic to see so many people in the pool without having a shower prior to get into. Too much expensive
