Air condition didn’t work and when they “repaired it” it was even worse with dirty air coming out of it and dying noises it made.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location—just a few minutes' drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists traveling to the Grand Canyon. There is a gas station, restaurants, and wildlife close to the hotel.

Argentina1) The breakfast system is awkward. It took a lot of time for the personnel to serve drinks. Also, one of them spilled coffee on us and was not so kind about it... 2) It makes no sense to play a movie at full volume (also a very noisy one...) in the indoor pool during night, when it's probable that guests want to relax in the pool. 3) No elevator.
The location close to the Grand Canyon is the key point. The resort is beautiful, including the rooms, facilities and all the premises.

Poland- Poor for a 4-star hotel; - Smelly hotel towels and, unforgivably, an uncleaned bathroom floor, although the room and the bedding were clean. The bathroom was small, and even the cotton pads and earplugs were limited; - Dark room, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere; - No hot water in the shower, only warm; - Breakfast - I know it's poor all over the US, but here, for 4-stars, you get more fruit, nothing more, and nothing more valuable.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was always friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor.
