Cold water in the tub and the clerk didn't say anything like, "I'm sorry," nothing. I did talk to the manager. Taking a cold shower was horrible.

I think the carpet of the room I lodged (237) looks old and worn out. I don’t know about the other rooms, but the management should consider replacing as funds are available. I also saw two ball like flying insects which I killed.

The room service was great. Those ladies were awesome with the room hygiene.

Breakfast is not included, as stated on the page. I wasn't informed at check-in, just received the voucher and assumed that it would cover the breakfast. In the morning, after submitting the voucher to the restaurant, I realized it was a $20 voucher (which is not enough for 4 people to have a decent meal). After pointing that out to the staff at check out, no empathy from the employee. When you're traveling across the country for multiple days, those details count a lot and I wouldn't have booked the place if I knew that I had to pay extra.

Great location and renovated bedrooms, it certainly has the Holiday Inn standard. The beds were cozy and warm and the toiletries were a great surprise.

Teenagers running up and down the corridors at night, banging on doors of bedrooms - woke my infants. However, once I told the hotel reception they put a stop to this immediately, so I cannot fault them for the guests behaviour

The carpet on the floor in my room was very poor quality it was worn out it would look like something you would see in a third rate Hotel everything else was nice nice bathroom nice everything but I was carpet which you walk around in your socks and bare feet I didn't want to do that it might have been clean but it was worn out and you need to invest in updating your 20 year old carpet

The restaurant Bar connected very open very clean. The ladies at the desk were excellent

We asked for a very quite room away from entrance doors lifts etc but we’re put directly next to entrance door to the wing of rooms. When we booked it included breakfast . It does not. You get a voucher which does not cover a basic breakfast and you have to pay extra .

Huge parking lot was constantly full, and not filled by guests. We stayed for two nights. When we left, most of the cars/trucks….yes trucks….which were parked when we arrived…were still parked in the same spot. it suggests the hotel has leased out a block of rooms to contractors who are parked there on an almost permanent basis. However they have to sell rooms so it’s a commercial decision which I understand. When we arrived the front entrance was blocked off….. it looked like work was being done on the front parking lot. I have mobility issues and use a handicapped sticker. In the rear parking lot….which must have room for 200 cars….there are two handicapped parking spots!! sincethese were always full…. the same two cars were parked there during my two nights at the hotel…. I had to park more than a hundred yards from the hotel. If the hotel has a contract with what appears to be railway contractors…. please have them park their cars/ trucks at the furthest spots from the hotel.

Noisy people in hall during the night! Handicapped room…picture showed step in shower! My sister unable to step over the tub into the shower and NO shower chair! My sister is short and the bed was too high to get into comfortably! The only handicapped part of the room was a raised toilet and grab bars!

I paid for breakfast yet couldn’t get it.

Funny thing is I paid extra for breakfast yet when I went to my email to look at my receipt no such evidence of me paying extra for breakfast could be found and wouldn’t ya know it, I went to the front desk and they also showed no evidence of me paying for breakfast. The rate without breakfast was $97 for the night and $118 with breakfast. Thanks for having me pay $21 for nothing. I didn’t need it I guess.
