Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesA lot of things need to be fixed… cupboards were dragging on the ground, the door to our room would scrape the floor, flip lock thing was missing on door…. Only one out of 3 elevators were running… seemed like they were very short staffed. Also the parking situation was terrible! And expensive!
The room was a decent size for the price and for the most part clean and comfortable

United KingdomThere was pieces of old toilet paper in the pool, and it was so murky that you couldn’t see your feet when you stood in it. We had to get a total of 9 key-cards, as our door kept locking shut. The bath wouldn’t stop running, so was on the entire length of our stay. The hallways STUNK of marijuana, and we had several cleaners barge into our room unapologetically throughout our stay.

United StatesWe had kids banging on doors and running the hallways starting at 5:45 AM and I reported it. There was a worker who said he had received many complaints but he was the only one working and couldn’t do anything about it. It continued until 7:25 when we finally decided to just get up and leave. Was not pleasant at all.
Decent location for the baseball game.

United StatesWhen I arrived, they did not have my reservation. They said, since I booked it when it was under Holiday Inn convention center and they have changed your name to the Arch convention center. They do not have my reservation nor my payment that I have made in January 23 of this year so I had to pay again 162.54 for this time which I had already paid 162.53 due back in January 23 2025.
It was close to where we wanted to be an easy access

United StatesLacked parking, had to pay to park in an open lot half a block away. Even though the room was nice it lacked proper maintenance, AC had a hard time keeping up, toilet ran constantly and made screaming noise when flushed. There was a restaurant but was closed for the month of august, and make sure to leave at least five minutes early for anything that involves you having to use the elevators, they are very slow and don’t seem like they have ever been updated, some of the buttons do not light up and others have the numbers drawn onto them and they are very slow
Location was nice for getting around downtown, room layout was amazing, hotel was furnished well.

BahamasThere was no breakfast offered. We had to pay for parking. We didn't receive room service when requested. Needs to have better signage so it is more identifiable.
The location was perfect for me. It was close to the convention center and to local restaurants as well as to tourists attractions. The staff was friendly.

United StatesThe room looked clean, but smelled HORRIBLE. Reaked out dirty dog and mold. The toliet flushed weird. The shower was awful. The water pressure was good and the temperature as well, but every time one showered the water ran out all over the bathroom floor and out into the hotel room entrance. There’s a drain in the floor for the water to run down into but it didn’t work that way. That’s definitely where the mold smell has to be from. Water damage. You can’t see it but IT STINKS!!
Staff seemed pleasant. The location was close to the things I had planned to do. I requested a crib for my baby and that need was met. The check in was quick and hassle free. The check in area appeared to be clean. There was an indoor pool and cabanas. I didn’t get around to using it, but looked nice. States on the website that there’s a breakfast option, but there really wasn’t. Signs stated that their kitchen/dining is temporarily out of service. The room did look like the picture .

United StatesPool was broken (repair?!) and restaurant that used to be on property is now closed. In addition, the air conditioning on the main floor was broken (on a 95* humid day!) and one of the elevators was out of order. Half the lights in our hotel room bathroom were not functional and a room booked for four people (two queen beds) only had two towels.
Close location to Busch Stadium - walking distance.

United StatesSome proper sign of the name of the hotel would be nice was not happy that the pool was not in working order had to go in search of a public pool Wasn't happy that when booking my reservation I was shown 3 different prices and got stuck paying the higher price the doors to the hotel room did not shut properly at all which I felt was a little dangerous as in the case that the room next to ours someone had walked in to the room that wasn't theirs
Only the parking was good because there was handicap parking the inside of the property was very nice you might want to do some nice landscaping around the property
