We wouldn’t have found it without GPS. That is the only downfall we had with the facility. Would suggest offering instructions on HOW to use free wifi along with the access code (we had the code but aren’t tech savvy. The front desk walked us through the issue easily and was very friendly.).

The pillow was better than my home pillow (even offered both firm & soft)! The bed was comfortable. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The facilities clean. Restaurant had delicious pizza and good service (additional fee). We wouldn’t have found it without good GPS because the entrance is behind other buildings that don’t look like hotel entrance, otherwise would be 10 outta 10. The parking lot appeared safe with free parking. Would definitely stay here again. Also note: the hotel offers discounts for a list of things (including going to barns Jewish hospital).

we had a 2 night stay, we were given ONE caffeinated Kcup. we asked for additional at the front desk (after being told that rooms wouldn’t be refreshed for 2 day stays and to ask for anything we needed) and the clerk acted like they were her last coffee pods in the world. She gave us two and when we asked for more cream/sugar, she opened her vast drawer of coffee supplies and provided us one packet. it was annoying after an otherwise lovely stay.

Not hotels fault but teenagers running up and down the hallways well into the night banging on guests doors. Next morning there was multiple families of young pageant girls screaming and crying from 6am until 8am in the lobby which could be heard all the way up on the 4th floor. Front desk handled it promptly.

The room was not clean when I initially walked in at 3:30 pm. Housekeeping was right outside the door, so I left and returned later that evening. When I got there later the room still had not been cleaned. The beds were not the most comfortable.

It wasn't crowded. The place is tucked away. It's a fairly new hotel. The staff was nice. They were happy to rectify issues.

The pool area as well as inside the pool was covered with clumps of hair. Inside the pool and outside to the point it would get stuck between your toes. The restaurant, the bracket room,inside the Hotel was atrocious. The staff was rude the food was horrible, they placed every one of my food boxes upside down in my bags, when I complained they said it's the guy in the back he's from another country they don't know how we do it here. They also had no ketchup or mustard. They served my children hamburgers with spicy ketchup and honey mustard instead of giving us the option of having no condiments. My children would not eat them they would not offer me a refund a discount or to remake the food. I spent $88 and the food was inedible. When I asked why she didn't tell me she had no condiments while I was ordering three cheeseburgers she told me "everyone else just eats it".

The staff was great. I could not have asked for more friendly or helpful people. Overall very clean the amenities were modern and everything worked as expected. Housekeeping was very efficient. The pillows, Linens and beds were extremely comfortable. The towels were thick and fluffy refrigerator and microwave were very modern as well as a Keurig in the room. Huge TV with a great picture. Great blackout blinds if you like sleeping in.

I had to inform the front desk on the night of check in and then the manager in the morning about a few things wrong with the room. The manager was very receptive, appreciating being informed so he can properly address the situation.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I wish the temperature of the pool was slightly warmer. But other than that, my husband enjoyed the bar downstairs. I wish they still had a free breakfast but really enjoyed adventuring out for breakfast/brunch (the shack was one of our faves and only a .6 mile drive from the hotel)

Very clean! I talked to the front desk before leaving for extra towels, wash clothes, and trash bags (for dirty diapers) and when we came back within a few hours they had everything there! Definitely recommend! Also felt like a safe location!
