The pool hours were limited from 9-9 which rendered my ability to use those facilities null. Disappointed, as I picked this hotel for the pool/spa on purpose. :(

The breakfast buffet was lacking. No fruit. Bread products were dry. The hot items were shriveled up like they've been out all morning.

The staff was very friendly, and available when needed. The location is great, rooms are comfy, price was reasonable, and the waterpark is an added bonus.

Other guests at the hotel were loud and disruptive in the night. The hotel did deal with it though and it was not the hotel's fault.

The price for the stay was a little steep compared to the other hotels in the area.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was delicious, and the kids loved the water park.

The Pool/ Hotel Security Team, in addition to our server at Breakfast was most kind and welcoming! The Front Desk Team (other then Sarah and the gal she appeared to be training upon our arrival) needs to learn a few things about general customer facing etiquette.

Hotel was clean and ready for our arrival. Pool area was also tidy and the birthday party crew we brought had fun!

two things I’d suggest, the bathroom door in our room was heavy with a self closing mechanism. my youngest got her finger pretty severely pinched because of it. for a hotel that’s pretty family oriented I would not suggest the self closing doors, not sure the purpose but if that. secondly though the water park is older looking we really enjoyed it. the pool staff is conflicting to me though, noticed none in actual pool attire like standard lifeguards, one was sleeping, most in their phones with headphones in and one was crocheting. if any parent or guardian was expecting lifeguards to actually be looking out for the safety of their children you’d be greatly disappointed. It was a false sense of security and safety and my own opinion I’d rather no lifeguards in that scenario so parents are in full watch (as they should be anyway).

loved the pool amenities, it was a doable family vacation for a solo parent trip with young kids.

The pool/ water park closes for 30 minutes 2 hour after opening the "cleaning" and they lock the pool area and kick you out. No cleaning is happening during this time. I also got a room with two queens and a pull out sofa. The sofa was actually not a sofa at all but a chair that pulled out which was disappointing to have less seating space.

The room was a good size and had a full size fridge. Also the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

There was blood in the furniture and the room was not clean, I contacted booking regarding concerns and not wanting to stay, booking stated they would call the hotel to see if I can get a refund. The hotel manager approved the refund and emailed booking and I still haven’t received my refund.
