Baseball team of young guys filled the hotel and partied pretty loudly. Couldn’t sleep one night!

My tv didn’t work and there was no space for another room on my 1st night

I love the rooms and the space. However, my 1st night…was rough. My tv didn’t work and I had to wait for another room the next day.

The pool area was covered in kids and trash that I cleaned up from what looks like a party then they broke the hot tub again

I loved how friendly the staff was the breakfast was amazing but only go lt to use the hot tub 2 times before some kids broke it again

The chlorine in the pool bleached my daughters swimsuit. We wish the hot tub would have been working.

The suite was huge and had a lot of privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was very spacious.

The hallways and elevators could have had more attention to cleanliness. I understand those being high traffic areas however most of the debris had been there throughout our stay.

The pool chlorine level needs to be checked and regulated better. My child and husband had a pretty bad reaction. Especially their eyes. Pool is my child’s fav part typically but we couldn’t let him get back in.

There was only one thing out of our 3 night stay that we really didn't like. If your not paying attention when you get to your room, the doors SLAM. Which during the day isn't a problem but at night if your neighbors in other rooms are coming and going it can be a bit annoying.

When we arrived the front desk was staff was super friendly and the check in process was so easy. The hotel itself looked clean and nice. When we got to our room was pleasantly surprised how clean and well lit the room was. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My 2 kids really enjoyed the pool. My kids are average swimmers and at the deepest point it was only 5ft in the middle 3ft on both ends so shallow enough they could play without huge concern. The location was fantastic most everything we wanted was within 5 minutes of the hotel which was super convenient. Parking was easy and was able to see my car from our window which made me feel better. I did not include breakfast when booking the room as my family and I aren't huge breakfast people. I should have known of all times they would want it would be then. Our first morning there we went to the gift shop to see if there was something they would want and they just had average options so I spoke with the front desk lady about the buffet and she was so helpful. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and French toast. As well as cereals muffins and yogurt. We were pleasantly surprised by the options. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would recommend anyone visiting with or without children to stay here.

The maids were not kind at all. I know they have a lot of work to do, but they didn't have to take it out on the guest.

The best part of this hotel is the welcoming staff. Every single person at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I know there has to be times that the job is stressful but they never ever showed it. In today's world there is so much negativity it was a blessing to have such kind people helping you.

The hot tub was out of order and our first night we could not use the pool due to a large group of teenage boys being extremely loud and rough housing taking up the entire pool

The location was great the room was clean and we could not hear any other guests. It was perfect size for our needs.

I don't think that it would be possible to improve on the way I was treated or the comfort of the room.

The kindest front desk people ever. Both checking in and again when checking out, the people were kind, helpful and really made me feel like the personally cared about my experience there.

I got changed $221 I’m still waiting to see where my money went they said give it a day or 2 but the whole stay was $134 not including the 50 coming back

The hotel was great! It was just quite a bit of noisy kids running down the hall and running in and out their rooms.
