Our door didn’t bolt and it didn’t close when pulled when leaving. You had to really tug at it to close behind you. It was left open (accidentally) once after it was cleaned because of this. The AC dripped on our patio and made it unusable. They need towel racks / hooks in the bathroom.

The location is nice, at the north end of the boardwalk. The pool is great and the staff were all nice. We got to check in early which was so nice.

R sliding door to r balcony took 2 hands and all you had to open and close it. And hot tub was not working and didn’t see anyone working on it or trying to get it up and running.

Extremely hard to communicate with staff as many did not speak or understand english. It made it quite difficult to obtain any information regarding facilities.

Perfect location, within walking distance to multiple attractions. Super kids friendly hotel with SO many things for kids to do! There is a splash camp play room, a mini movie theater with popcorn that plays Disney movies, a pool with water falls, a pool with slides. My kids were in heaven!

The only things that could have been better were that the elevator makes a strange noise so it may need service. The pillows and blankets for the pull out couch were not present in the room so we had to request them. Everything else was very good.

It’s the first time we stayed at this hotel and honestly we loved it! The room was clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a playroom and movie theater for the kids! The pools are perfect!

Only one thing was we where stayed first floor. We didn’t like it. We wanted to stay in 3, 4, 5 th floor. Also room was so cold and some room carpet was wet.

My family had a great time. Kids they loved the movie theater and kids room. Also they liked the pool.

We booked the room for 5 people we had to call or go to the desk for towels and rags because they only ever gave us 4. It was outdated compared to the pictures online. It took over 3 hours to get blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. We found some kinda bug in the bed. It wasn't a bed bug. The bathroom was super small, with no water pressure, It all around was good, but for the money, it didn't meet my expectations.

There was a mild smell in the room we couldn’t remove only if you add. The ac. The pool closes at 10pm not at midnight night!!! Elevator don’t work you wait a while for them to come to you. And the hallways there was no ac ! Very hot! There was mold growing in the bathroom as well on the ceiling ! The hotel was far from all the activity, breakfast not included .

The beds were comfortable, They have dove products from lotion to shampoo body wash and conditioner!

shower doors came off track, toilet plugged had to call twice before someone plunged it calls were 5 hours apart, needed more help at the poolside restaurant the square whale, tripped on the outside door track heading into the square whale landed on my face - wound up with a nasty shiner and possible concussion

The hotel is a bit dated, but the biggest distractor was the temperature of the room. The air conditioning unit in the room was insufficient to drop the room temperature below 80F. We ended up in two rooms (1 on the top/6th floor and one on the 5th floor), only because of how we booked the room (not the hotel's fault), but both rooms had the same issue. Out was ~100F, so it was warm, but my expectations for a hotel, in this location, would be outfitted to support heat. Other than this, I had not major complaints.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and, overall, the hotel was value. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The WiFi was not working properly, the ac on the floor went out and the hallways were suffocating. Our ac in the room could not keep up with the heat. The hot tub was out of order for majority of our stay. And they now charger for parking per night.

The pools are wonderful for families, and the location is quiet and away from the party scene down the boardwalk.

Temperature control in one room was a little warmer than the other. The home theater room was uncomfortably hot (thermostat said around 80°), couldn't sit through the entire movie. Literally the ONLY complaint I have with the entire place. Everything else was lovely.

View was great, pool was amazing and poolside bar with non-alcoholic options made for a great experience. Wonderful food in the restaurants. Extremely accommodating. Great location away from crowds.

Rooms & hallways need renovation. Ice machines, ac units need maintenance. Hallway ac units not cooling on 3rd floor. Rooms smell like moisture or wetness. Okay when the ac runs for awhile.
