Bathroom floor tile was cracked and broken, bathroom needed a remodel. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broke. The place needs tlc.

Not enough food at the complimentary breakfast for everyone. Out of a lot of things and didn’t refill everything. Toaster and coffee pot didn’t work the entire stay. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, security bar on inside of room door hanging loose. Staff not helpful in resolving issues, seemed like they didn’t know what to do. Seemed clueless.

The fridge was leaking all over the carpet. There was no hair dryer. The bathroom towel holder was falling off the wall. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were sitting in water and they had no tea bags! (Said they were coming in the next day.) Not worth the money we paid!!

The shower was gross. The wall was falling apart from water damage in the bathroom. There was gum stuck to the carpet. Very runned down elevator and building in general.

Night staff was unsure of doors/signs, misled information, the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was just luke warm, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned as there was still half a bar of soap and some trash from whoever stayed before us, no smoke alarms. It was disappointing but the king bed was comfortable and the room was huge so that was okay.

I would like to come back to this hotel because its special to me and my husband but i hope they upgrade some things. The keycards to the doors didnt work for anyone, the staff was super helpful though but everyone had to keep their doors propt open to be able to get back in if they left. And our toilet over flooded, the water flooded out into the hallway. First night was rough but they were nice enough to give us a new room so rest of our stay was great. I also would like them to keep breakfast gojng until 10am instead of 9am because we like to sleep in late. But thank you for the stay! :)

The pictures shown on the website for the room was not the actual room so I did not get the room that I thought I had booked. That was not right and needs to be fixed. Not happy!!! The hotel was out of coffee one day.

The bedding had a strong bleach odor. The breakfast was ok, ran out of fresh coffee before the service ended. Attendant promised coffee but never delivered.

I don't think the room should have been rented. The bathroom had a whirlpool tub that didn't work with black moldy residue on the filter. There was a door that led outside that could not open. When I asked the manager about this, she said none of the doors worked. Every other person on our floor could leave out their door...so she lied to me. I feel this was a fire safety hazard. The coffee maker was broken, and their breakfast was extremely lacking in what was offered. When I checked out, the man at the front desk said he didn't even work the front desk, but 3 people had called off, and he came in so the overnight guy could go home. He explained that the hotel was under new ownership and there were many items that still needed fixing and renovation. He took notes of what I mentioned and said he was sorry. He said he wasn't in the position to discount anything, but he would let ownership know.

I liked the design of the room. The main part of the room was clean.

Breakfast was worse than not having anything. No fruit, coffee machine didn't work properly. The "eggs" were awful, had some kind of cheese in them & were cold. The sausage links were barely edible but managed 1 smothered in syrup. No juice of any kind, no bread except for stale bagels. Had to ask for milk for the dry cereal a couple of times.

The room was fine & fairly clean - no bugs & yes, I check Mac, the desk guy was great. Very personable & helpful. The hot tub was good on the 1st night but broken on the 2nd day.

The breakfast was small. Never had enough of anything. First day waffles and cereal, no milk even was all they had. No fruit option at all, no muffin or pastry. No hot tea after the first day. Coffee machine did not work part of the time and made awful coffee. If you're looking for a decent breakfast don't come here. One staff was not kind, rest were great. Room was ok. Stayed 3 days never offered room service or just clean towels.

used soap, & shampoo bottles were left in shower, was never able to work TV remote, breakfast was substandard: no hot water or coffee for 2 out of 4 days, no butter anywhere, mini cheese taco shells & sausage was the main breakfast--no eggs of any kind till the last day--out of 4. No WIFI password was provided--need to leave an instruction paper in room for remote--WIFI password--etc.

Outdated. The key would not work so every time we went in and out we had to get someone to let us into our room. The breakfast was not good at all. Not much to choose from and one morning they actually had no coffee.

Pictures of the property need an update! There was a guest walking barefoot in the dining area at breakfast. Very unsanitary. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, my final night stay, I found a bug in the bed. I took the bug to the front desk. I was told that it was a Strawberry Beetle. It was clearly a bedbug! There was no place for my family to go at 12:30 am. Surrounding hotels were booked. I was that I would receive a 20 percent discount at checkout. I booked my reservation through a third party. Wine Pines did not respond to Bookings.com regarding this matter.

Pool was dirty so was hot tub. Room had a smell to it. Was dirty when we arrived there was slim Jim wrappers on floor in room and bathroom light switch had some dirty stuff on it I had to wipe down with a napkin. Also no towels in pool area. Breakfast is suppose to run till 9 came down at 8 they only had sausage left and some frozen yoplait yogurt.
