The house we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was big enough for all of us. The pool was wonderful! It was awesome that we could use the washer and dryer at no extra charge.

The grass needed to be cut but that is the only issue I saw.

The shared pool area was really nice. Enjoyed that so much, it was nice to hang out with our family members that we were in town to visit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were the best. Very nicely decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the shower and counter space in the bathroom. Also enjoyed the front porch minus the run down porch swing.

The parking area was confusing and people kept pulling up to our spot in front of the house to get to the parking lot adjacent to the property. The kitchen could be a little more stocked with necessary cooking items and real dish soap. We were asked in an email if we needed anything and we requested dish soap since there was a dish scrubber. We then realized what we thought was hand soap was labeled dish soap. The wall sconces did not work and we requested light bulbs be brought in but no one ever came or responded to our request. It would have been nice to have had lights that worked by the bed instead of only overhead lighting. The porch swing is rusted and very torn up and needs to be trashed. We wouldn't dare sit on it. It was very unattractive and detracted from the cute appearance of the porch. The sofa is showing age and needs to be replaced, it was difficult to sit on, the cushions would sink in and sit lopsided. Overall a very cute place and was perfect for our needs.

It was very nicely decorated and clean. The space was great for our family. They had great communication prior to check-in and prior to check-out. We kept getting texts with information that seemed helpful and automated. Expectations were clear. The pool and hang out area was nice. Juan (ground staff) was fantastic to us. He made us feel very welcomed and was so helpful.

We went to check into the house just before 6 p.m., and we were given the wrong code. I tried to call, texted to chat with someone, and got no response until I sent a message through "booking." They told us everything was correct and gave the same directions and code again. I had to push and almost beg for them to send someone to aid us in getting into the house. They made me feel as if it was my mistake. Fortunately, when we met Juan (the person sent), he told us the code we were given was incorrect and got us into the house. We hugged him and thanked him! I would have loved an apology as it was not my mistake and it was pretty late before we could get into the house. I was worried my kids, Mom and I, were going good have to find another place at 9 pm.

Easy to get to and a good location. The place was comfortable and clean. It had a minimalistic decor, which helps to have some room in the house. Beds were comfortable. We had a problem with the door, but the host sent someone to open it in a few minutes. It has a nice caffe for lunch right across the street.

In the photos it looked like it had a full kitchen, but it didn't have an oven or a dishwasher. It was OK for us only because it was just a two of us. Also would have been nice to have some extra blankets as it was chilly outside. We did ask for it, but it was lost in the communication.

It was a great location. Convenient to beaches, shopping, interstate.

I loved the connivence of it, overall felt very homey, and very comfortable. The decor, the appliances, the swan towels set up on the bed, the ice already being made was a cute touch lol. Everything was perfect. The bed was super comfy and the host was very attentive sending messages to let mw know if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable, it was very nice of them to do such.

The only thing I didn’t like, was the fact that I didn’t stay longer. Would recommend this place to people that I know that are looking for a little piece of home away from home, and I would definitely say again.

Cute little house. Well equipped kitchen with a nice coffee pot . Comfortable rooms.

It is next to hotel (no separation and privacy). Walls are thin, so noise from hotel was noticeable. Air conditioners are super loud.

Candace was wonderful

The owners, the facility is dated with poor cooling and response to the customer. The guest bedroom is not comfortable. No ace to put your clothes in drawers. No dish towels to do dishes.
