3rd floor was smoking floor we have to be changed, but the worst was the weed smell. I know there are mixed opinions on this topic, I just would say, don't go there with family specially if you have kids.

it wasn't deep cleaned, a stuffed animal toy was under the couch, so you do your own conclusions with that. we just needed a place to crash to continue our trip so we didn't eve tried to take a shower there, we waited to get home instead of exposing our skin to that.

It was a short stay for soccer so we only stayed one night. The room was clean and we enjoyed the quick breakfast that was offered. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I will say to always make sure your vehicle is locked including the tailgate to a pickup truck as our lawn chairs were stolen from the back of our truck that had a cover over the bed of it. Lucky for us that was the only items back there were our chairs. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable trip.

We stayed at this location in 2018, the quailty of the facility, and everything associated was flawless. On this visit, the age was obvious, the facility, the furniture, the sheets, the towels, the comforters were in poor condition, meaning the building was maintained, not manicured. As evidenced by stained and cigarette and/or Marijuana burns. Our towels were filled with long black straight hair, not ours. Lastly, the guests were permitted to have loud get-togethers in front of the building. Which I think is great.. get your groove on! The noise wasn't the problem it was the fact that they were "partying" in the area where guests, like myself, are coming in and out. It's not my kind of welcome.

The staff was excellent as always. It was clean, and the location was perfect for our purposes. We had a problem with our television and the staff immediately took care of our issue.

We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed. However, new plumbing parts are needed so that the customers don’t have to.

The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The doors on rooms aren’t sealed you can see through so I was a little nervous at night.

Breakfast was just bread stuff no meat or eggs. Didn’t eat anything. Phones didn’t work in rooms. But, it was a nice stay.

In our room, we had several issues. First, in the tub the, the bottom was very slipery. The "grab" bar was nearly pulled off the wall, like someone had to grab it to keep from falling. It was needing just some maintence and minor repairs. The bath tissue was so thin that it took 3 or 4 sheets to use. Secordly, the microwave was damaged, and had burn marks. My wife was afraid to use it. The continal breakfast was the bare minimum. The staff was very hard to understand because of lanuage differences.

The room and lounge area were very clean and relaxing.

The room was so hot and humid that everything felt damp the whole time. Even with the AC on 66, it still felt 10 degrees warmer than the hallway when we walked in both days. The bed was VERY warn out, I slept in a hole.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and free breakfast. Good location, close to TPC Southwind for the St. Jude Championship.

Really don't have any complaints as it relates to the service from the staff of anything to really gripe about as it relates to this hotel.

Problem with television, when I reported it they did not have a spare. Toilet seat in my unit was held in place by a rope which made the seat move when you sat on it.

Home Inn and suites met all of my requirements so as far as I things I didn't like would just be complaining. So once again I would stay here and recommend this hotel.
