Elevator had to be operated by staff, and my friend that was staying with me is 450 pounds and simply could not use the stairs. We should have been informed of the elevator problem before arrival. Beds are not good, especially for a heavy guy like him. Just a thin mattress, no foundation/box spring.

Staff was great. The guy that was on call at night to work the elevator was very nice, friendly, and never acted put off by the request. Exterior of building was nice, location nice.

I’ve stayed several times before and always been happy but this time they put me on the fourth floor it didn’t have microwave no remote the heating unit was broken no chair and it was dirty

We found cockroaches. Dirt was still on the floor. We didn't get any towels. Two lights didn't work. The frig was dirty on the outside. The microwave was very old.we had to keep re heating items, because it was stil cold. The bed was very hard to sleep on. The phone did not work. The stove only had 1 working burner. They have no carts to help with your luggage.

It was 15 minutes from everything we were going to in the area.

Let’s see so many things about the property was bad. Our refrigerator had mold growing in it and did not work. It ruined our food. The shower was held together with duct tape. We had no service every day to replenish towels or anything comforters had holes in them from cigarettes, would not recommend this place at all.

I was there almost 3 weeks and no one came to clean the room. When I asked for new sheets they told me bring the old ones to wash them they’ll give them back. Asking for toilet paper was almost a felony

Well the location is not all that great, with limited connectivity. If someone is planning a stay here, a car is an absolute must. Secondly, I did bump into couple of roaches in the apartment, for me it didn’t matter much, but be mindful of that

Had two rooms. Between the two, one had broken AC and was not clean. The other had no pillows, no microwave, a barely functioning bathroom sink, and was dirty. No effort to correct any of this was made by staff.

Do not stay there, they stole all my belongings and no one wanted to help me! Bad service, it's incredible how there was nothing in my room and they said that only the cleaners came in and they don't know anything!

There were roaches in the kitchen, there was an awful smell that air freshener couldn't get rid of. The light in the bathroom went we reported bit it was never fixed and there were 2 beds with only 1 pillow. Just horrible there were always shade people hanging around the property we felt uncomfortable.

I didn't like anything which is why I didn't stay but 2 nights. The room smelled horrible, there were roaches and the lights went out in the bathroom no one ever came to fix it. There were two beds with one pillow slept horribly. Just horrible!

When I got in a sign said to dial 0 which I did. The gentleman was very nice. Got my keys went up to the room. Upon arrival went to the window to close the curtain, roach🤔. Went in the bathroom to take a shower mold on the wall. Because it was very late I waited til morning went back downstairs no agent at the desk used the phone to call again and my complaints. However I came back to the hotel used the phone to call again for assistance this time no response ( I called 4 times for the room change request). Suffer it to be so no one reached back out to me thank God I had a very early flight I left . It's just disheartening that I was treated that way being the first time I visited the state and the establishment.
