The only thing I didn't like was that on Sunday when we went down to breakfast was that breakfast was empty so didn't get to eat .

I really liked the hotel and friendly nice clean comfortable room.

Clean rooms, convenient location, nice breakfast buffet which was well attended and great staff who kept it filled. Give me biscuits and gravy and I am happy. Walkable to The Big Texan Ranch where we enjoyed a great meal and quick service. across from a Buckys which is a fun popular place for travelers. We were early check in late check out and spent the better part of a full day and night in route to Santa Fe.

The room is clean and well decorated. Appeared to be updated recently. We loved the Texas-shaped waffles! That was a nice touch.

Great rooms. We’re a family of six, and to find a hotel that can accommodate us is very difficult. Not only did this hotel have the rooms for us, it was probably the best room/value combination I’ve ever had. A full fridge, dishwasher, full sized sink, garbage disposal, mugs, plates, and microwave. Great pool for a swim, awesome lobby area, good continental breakfast, complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea. Both my wife and I were very happy with our stay, and will definitely book again.

Staff was kinda blah. No smiles, just kinda going about their business. Breakfast was mediocre, first morning they ran out of some of the food and coffee cups prior to breakfast being over.

The price online was about $218. When I arrived at hotel the price was $300. The previous week we stayed at another Home2Suites in Amarillo and price online matched price at check in which was about $218.

breakfast wasnt until 7 am. when traveling we like to leave early - 6-6:30 am. we saw about 20 people who were sitting around breakfast area, leave because it wasn’t going to open till 7.

We were not notified of a flood. Room smelled like sweaty feet. Couldn't change rooms. Pool was disgusting. Pool had closed for maintenance sign up but staff said they had too keep it there to stop going to the pool too early. Shower was gross and had to be cleaned before my kids could get in. Overall I felt gross the entire time.

Has potential if it was taken care of. Breakfast was ok but a few machines were broken.

Location was great, highway accessible , there is a backroad to the Amarillo Convention Center where I was going. The staff was very warm and helpful. The indoor pool was great. Definite 10/10, I’ll be staying here everytime I visit Amarillo.
