United StatesA small comment on the room itself, while it was very comfortable, it had a weird bathroom with a barn-door. The door didn't close, simply slid across, making it really weird. It might be ok for couples, but sharing a room with family wouldn't work. There was no lock - so it was rather uncomfortable. That was the only drawback
The rooms were clean; the housekeeping did an excellent job stocking the place. It had everything and a little more. Normally places that advertise amenities rarely have them as advertised. However, this place ensured that you had the room fully stocked. The breakfast was good, the staff did a really good job of keeping all items available. Sadly one can't say the same about the guests, who were hogging certain sections, cutting between lines and being generally rude - sad to see people behave that way. There was plenty of parking available as well and it's close to good dining.

The room was spacious and exactly what we needed. The hotel is in a good area close to a lot of shops.

United StatesThat we wanted to have our dog with us but the charge was so ridiculous for one night. 75$. Half the cost of the room. There should be a lower charge if there isn't a multi night stay. Fortunately we were able to leave her with our son. Unfortunately she has to be away from us in a strange new environment.

CanadaAmazing hotel. Good location for shopping. Right near Target, Walmart, Trader Joes, Crumbl cookie, etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was great. Complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby. Free parking and breakfast is an amazing perk! Will be staying here again if we come back to Buffalo!
