The location was good. Only 12 minutes from my daughter. I come every year and the Home 2 Suites was very nice. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were wonderful (had a kitchen, which we used), What I didn't like was the rooms did NOT have safes in them, so I told the front manager to pass it on to her boss. Also, the bathrooms in the lobby did NOT have toilet seat covers, which are very sanitary. The two young men, Spenser and Ken who ran the breakfast were wonderful. Spenser made sure my husband and I had hot Decaf in the morning when we came down for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I would most likely stay there again (if they have safes in the room).

Good location, nice hotel, clean room. Ample parking. Some EV parking spots if you have one which was nice.

Hotel lobby and ventilation system overwhelmed by febreeze like scented product. Pillows flat and old. Piled 5 and still left with no elevation or support. No basic amenities in room..paper and pen? Tissie box?? Shower cap?

It was very busy in the morning at breakfast and often clean plates and bowls would run out

Well located by lots of great shops and places to eat. Worthy Brewing was so close we could walk and it had excellent food and beer.

I hate where the elevator is located. I have to lug my things all the way down the hall to the other end of the building from the check in.

Location and the rooms are comfortable with many amenities that I want, like a kitchen, that makes it really easy to stay there.

Our view. The building wraps around on itself and our view was half obstructed by the building's wall.

Great, well kept Home2Suite. The staff really go an extra step to make sure this place is kept clean and comfortable. Exactly what you would expect from a Home2 and a little more :) The BEST part is Matt with morning breakfast. He has great PIZZAZZ in the morning - perfect person for this!!

We booked 2 rooms and one of the room (400) located at top floor has some sort of generator or compressor running above it. It is super noisy and can feel the room shaking all night. We have to relocate to smaller room in the middle of the night. Since the booking is through booking.com, the staff said they can’t compensate me the price difference.

Room is new and clean, breakfast is simple and pretty good.

Rumbling noise above our Room 400. Melissa had that checked and it got better after the first night but did not go away completely. The bathroom faucet leaked water from its base and the toilet got stopped up on our last night there. We were given a plunger by a gentleman at 10:00 at night. My husband plunged it and it cleared. The pillows were way too soft and had no support.

Melissa is an excellent manager, she took care of our concerns and room problems. Matt was an outstanding cook. His breakfasts were the best of our stay.

Room needed a little love, wallpaper damage in bathroom.

Breakfast was good and the man preparing was above and beyond friendly! Wonderful person to have for morning!

I had no complaints.

Very clean, very pleasant place to stay. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in gives exceptional customer service and should be recognized for it. I wish I had gotten her name. We will definitely be back!

Long walk to the elevator. Could have a better placement of where the elevator is located, not very close to the lobby.

Location was in an interesting part of town, out of the way of most of the enjoyable areas of Bend. Sadly I did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast.

Upon arriving I was told it didn't show I had a reservation, even though I had a confirmation no. and text message confirming it through Bookings.com.. When contacting Bookings.com, the first person hung up on us and the second contact never called back. It was very frustrating to deal with, especially with a five year old having to wait for almost an hour, and also needing to be at a friend's wedding within an hour. Thankfully, the front desk person was very kind and helpful and was able to find another room for us.

Nice, comfortable room, and good breakfast choices.

The breakfast was not fully stocked. Also the shower in the bathroom had some damage.

The location was perfect as I was visit my grandfather.The employees were very friendly. The facilities were very nice.

The heat/ac fan ran all night even when we turned the system off. Breakfast was disappointing. Limited choices, not much variety. Only one small muffin for pastry choice. Pre-made egg and egg/sausage sandwiches were tasteless and dry. Waffles were the only hot dish offered - they were good. Pool water was too cold. Salt water instead of chemicals was pleasant.

Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen fully stocked. Size of the room was spacious. Shower was nice.
