We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom appears dated, there was a strong fragrance upon entering the room and not pleasant for people who have allergies/asthma. They could use some new furniture such as their couch. It looks and feels as if it could break anytime soon. Another location (Glendale) of the same brand of hotels had much better facilities. The lights were so bright that it didn’t feel relaxing to use at night. I heard some people (probably kids) running early in the morning and it literally shook the room and you could easily hear them which tells me the rooms aren’t sound proof?

I loved the spaciousness of the king suite and the cleanliness of the hotel. My family and I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Service was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast provided a wide varity of foods, make your own waffles, bagels, eggs, potatoes, sausage (turkey and regular), fruit, yogurt, cereal, plus juices and coffees. The selections for breakfast were a great way to start the day.
