Got there for check in and the room was still dirty. The staff went there and got it ready for my family.

The pool was very enjoyable. Love the shallow entry for lounging. The breakfast was wonderful!

When booking the hotel I thought there would be a hot plate or some way to cook in my room. That is the whole reason for staying at that particular hotel.

I liked that there was a grill for use with grilling supplies. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I also liked that the fridge was dorm size and not too small.

The cleaning of the room was done after 5 days and somethings were still not replaced or done as, replacing a stain sheet on the sofabed that had a stain on it when we placed it on the bed.

The front Desk Staff was always helpful and friendly.

We had no issues with the hotel or facilities it was that there was nothing really fun to do for the adults and when we arrived Friday night around 9 everything was closing around 11pm- no delivery available except for dominos. Really sad for a tourist town.

We were approached by a fraudulent person at the pool requesting we pay for some pizza she ordered for a child’s party she was having at the hotel, but we declined. We reported the incident to the management. She was able to gain acccess into the secure area of the pool by walking around the parking lot. The manager stated he had heard of this type of scam before at another location.

No hand soap in bathroom. Apparently they’d been out a while and awaiting delivery. If you needed extra towels you were given ONE.

The ONLY issue we had was the bed, there was a VERY light coverlet and the top sheet seemed to be a thin mattress cover. My husband and I did not sleep at all trying to stay covered up.

This was a very nice, clean, obviously newer hotel. The room was perfect and the location was just what we needed for the night on our trip from WI to FLA

Couple of small things, the TV looked new but would only allow standard definition and the breakfast did not look appealing. It reminded me of convenience/gas station food. The one big disappointment was the water pressure or lack of water pressure.

Too many scary dogs and their owners nonchalant attitude towards other guest. One idiot even had her dog in the breakfast area

The breakfast was lacking compared to other Homes2Suites I've been to. The sheets on both beds were torn and the carpets clearly need shampooing as well. My kids feet were black within minutes of removing their socks. The pool has a little fountain thing for the little kids that was not working during our stay either. We chose this hotel brand because it has been so great in other areas but this one left us a little leary of trying Homes2Suites we are not already familiar with in the future for no other reason than cleanliness.

It was a nice location with a lot of restaurant options around the hotel. The staff was nice as well as the lobby. The staff was very nice.

When being built it needed sound proofing we all were awake almost all night because of noise and we had two rooms

The pool was filthy and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I asked the staff for a net to clean it and they said they'd be out there in less than 15 mins. 45 mins later they never came. The pool water seemed thick and was very salty with chlorine. My daughter got a bad rash that started shortly after we left the pool. The room had clean towels but only one single washcloth.

Staff was friendly, suite was spacious and clean.

Sofa bed was a miserable place to have to sleep. Ultra-thin mattress, 6 foot, 180 lb person who tried to sleep on it felt nothing but the metal springs. $75 pet fee was a disappointing surprise. It was a 40% surcharge to the quoted room rate - for an 11 hour stay. Possibility that fee may apply is deeply buried in the bookings.com reservation request form but even then it doesn't tell you the fee amount.
