The door was locked and it said I needed a digital key to open , even during the day. Sometimes the front desk staff was not there.

Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved that there was a good variety of food available for free and that there was real dishes if we choose to use instead of paper plates.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond with everyone I saw them interact with. On the morning of checkout we went down for breakfast and there was a gentleman who has some sort of medical emergency and the staff took great care of him to keep him comfortable until medics arrived.

The manager Darin was amazing. I called you booking.com to see if I could.move.my stay from 2 nights to 1 night. The rep stated she contact the hotel and everything was all set When I spoke with the manager he stated there was no record of this. He was amazing to us and worked with us.

The staff member named CC.

I paid with booking.com a staff member named CC charged me for a night. Instead of just charging tax and pet fees. CC then told several guests I my personal business. I only received $50 back from CC's error.

We were staying for three nights and NO cleaning and changing of the towels. When we complained we were told that we had no disturbed sign on our door. Yes, this is correct, BUT exactly at 12:15PM sign was removed and we left the room for the remainder of the day. Room had not been cleaned, so on the third day we were without any cleat towels, tissues, and our trash cans were overloaded. Also, breakfast was not good at all.

Size of the room is great and very well arranged. We loved everything related to the room itself.

My room was at the far end of the building, close to the freeway. There was a lot of traffic noise. I slept well, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room near the entrance end of the building.

Good location right off the freeway. The room was spacious and having a full kitchen was a nice bonus so I could heat some food for dinner. The breakfast offered cereal, waffles, a bowl and breakfast sandwiches. The Wifi is good for what I need. I didn't use the pool or gym but they looked great. There's plenty of parking.

Some things were confusing. When I checked in they registered my credit card for”incidentals”. I went to the desk for some laundry detergent and was told”It’s two dollars”. I gave her two dollars cash, which she accepted. The next time I tried to get detergent I gave him two dollars but he said”we don’t take cash” so I said put it on the room. He said I couldn’t do that because I had booked through Booking.com. Very confusing! One morning there was no bread or pastries at breakfast. I was told “The truck didn’t come”. Strange!

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a complaint about noise. My grandson was running a little, but I can’t believe it was that loud to warrant a complaint. We have heard far worse over the years of staying overnight in hotels.

The staff was great! Vi was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier than planned.
