Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The air conditioner was right next to the bed and the fan was loud every time it came on during the night. The thermostat on the wall didn't seem to change anything.

The breakfast buffet isn't the best. But that was my experience at other Home2 locations as well. We just grabbed coffees and left for breakfast.
The hotel was in a great location. Rhian at the desk was super helpful. The pool was nice and the room was clean and comfy.

I wish the bathroom has a bath instead of a shower!
We were in 1bedroom king suite. The room was very cosy, comfortable and came with 2 temperature controls. The breakfast was very good. They have a bit of space for dogs to relive themselves and have extra poop-bags, which was handy. The location is 10-20 mins from most dog-friendly places in Colorado Springs, which was a bonus.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but weren't bad. Our shower was out of conditioner. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was already in it. The room above us had rambunctious kids and the running and jumping sounds were not subtle in our room.
The free breakfast was a great bonus. While small, the salt water pool was quite nice too. I didn't use the exercise room, but it had all the basic needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, we really appreciated the furnished kitchen and multi-use furniture in the room.

Facility, room and staff were a cut above the usual, very surprised by the overall cleanliness, I’ve had $800 rooms didn’t come close to this. While the location is so so, think strip mall area food & entertainment are right there, Pub in the same lot has good food & craft beer selection.

The free breakfast was average, so not bad, but not exciting either. We had troubles with the key card for our room. It took 2 to 5 attempts each time to get into the room. The person at the front desk told us to wait a bit after getting the green light, but we still had to try multiple times before getting into the room.
the room was nice with a couch and a full sized refrigerator. We also liked that it was quiet in our room. The back entrance to parking was also nice because we didn't have to use the main road that fronted the motel.

There's not anything I did not like. Everything was perfect for our stay.
The location was on a great spot to allow us easy access to visit the city. I loved the breakfast options we had. The view from my room was simply phenomenal. Our bed was very spacious and the sofa couch mattress was very comfortable my daughter slept on it comfortably.

In general, all good. If I have to say something, the bathroom design is not very good for parents who need to help little kids to take a bath.
Brand new facilities, spacious room, nice staff, good breakfast. Very good experience for me and my family.

The location seemed a little off....GPS had us coming in to the back of the hotel. Again, Pete made up for any concerns about the area.
Breakfast was great--lots of offerings and Staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean. Pete at the Front Desk in the afternoon and evenings was excellent. His personality and demeanor are perfect for his position. He was very welcoming and full of information about the area. Coming back after a long second day of hiking, we felt 'welcomed home' by Pete! He is an absolute asset to Hilton.

The pool was dirty and the chemical balance was off- the water was murky and we couldn’t see the bottom. The breakfast hot items were cold
