The breakfast is always delicious!We Love this hotel/location and stay here each time we stay over when visiting our OSU student.The $$$ is a bit extreme, especially just for a place to sleep, but it’s always clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Our room was a little humid. It was like the thermostat didn't want to regulate appropriately. The reception staff weren't great. When using the pool, we noticed there were no towels. We waited ten minutes while the reception staff stayed on the phone. She mouthed to us that she was on the phone with her boss, but made no effort to explain she had customers waiting. The conversation seemed slightly gossipy versus completely professional in nature. When we finally walked off, she followed us to the pool to see what we needed. I explained that the pool was out of towels. She said she'd bring us some, but she never did. We ended up using small towels from the gym to dry off with, when we left an hour later.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! We loved having a full size frig in our room and the gym was hands down one of the best hotel gyms I've used. We didn't get to use it, but having access to free laundry facilities was also a great perk!!

The staff is always wonderful and check in and out is simple. The breakfast is always hearty and very good. Rooms are very spacious and quiet during the night. Very popular hotel as it is always booked Location is perfect and centrally located near restaurants and stores and conveniently by the highway

The breakfast was fairly depleted when I arrived at 8:15 and didn’t get replenished before I had to move on.

I loved seeing my name on the tv screen with pictures of the city. I loved being able to charge my car overnight and at a reasonable rate. I loved the extra touches like the Kleenex arranged like a flower. The bed was super comfortable. Complimentary laundry facilities and a saline pool were very nice touches.

Someone’s next door forgot to turn their phone off. A constant ring vibration that awaken my husband and I, but that’s not on y’all so we good!!🤩

The check in. The receptionist was dry and on her cellphone.

We had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Polaris. The hotel and rooms were clean, and I especially appreciated the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the overall stay was enjoyable. A special thank you to David and the trainee who checked us out—they were patient, kind, and made the checkout experience much better than check-in.

Location is central to the activities we enjoying in Columbus, like the zoo and COSI. Shopping very close and many options for eating.

There are 2 elevators for the whole building and they were located on one side of the building.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops around. There is a costco and costco gas right next to the hotel. The hotel was booked that night and there was plenty of parking. My room was located on the 4th floor and there was an ice machine near the elevator. We ate at a place called Roosters. We had the potato skins and soft pretzels for an appetizer. My fiance had the honey BBQ wings and I had a cheese burger for dinner. Later that night had ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery.
