We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like is the remote not working to the TV. I went to ask for more batteries for it but they said the batteries couldn't come out. They did end up giving me another remote but that one didn't work either.
Very clean. When I checked in, everything was so clean. The people at the front desk were very nice. I didn't know that pets were allowed on the property when booking. I usually don't like staying at hotels that allow pets because most of them smell really bad and you can actually tell that pets are allowed just because of the smell. But at Home 2 Suites the I only found out that pets were allowed is because I seen the dog treats by the front desk. The hotel didn't smell like pets were allowed AT ALL. Thats what I loved most about my stay.

Very roomy with the small but well-equipped kitchen. Really loved the sitting area. Great for having friends over to hang out. Excellent service with friendly folks giving advice about nearby eateries.
