    The overall facility was decent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate as much as they could.

    The pillows seemed very old and worn and too soft. I did ask the front desk for firmer pillows and they did great at trying to find some, but they didn't have much.

    Its a great facility and rooms size are grt, but its not well taken care of, feel like never cleaned the outside sitting area.

    Nice hotel with a pool. Excellent places to eat right in the same parking lot.

    All of the washers and dryers broke leaving me with a bag of soaking wet laundry. My husband and kids also got stuck in the elevator with other people and had to pry the door open. Later we saw an AC unit cooling off the mechanical room, and the elevators were working properly then.

    This hotel was great the best place we stayed during our whole vacation. Cameron was so much help. I would give him a AAAtttt

    Everything. The location, the room, the bed. The service was the best Carmen was a super star very helpful. For being on a busy street and right off the freeway it was very quiet.

    Because of our rotten experience, we did not pay for our room. However, that only happened because my husband demanded it.

    We arrived at 6:00 pm, and the room was not ready. We waited for 20 minutes and were given our room key, only to find that the room was a disaster from the previous occupants. We then had to wait another hour before the room was "ready." There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we turned it on and discovered that the dishwasher was flooding the kitchen area. A while later, I took a shower in the handicap accessible stall. The two drains backed up, flooded the bathroom and kitchen area, and seeped into the bedroom carpet. We were given piles of towels to mop up the water. The hotel was too understaffed to clean it up. We asked for another room but were told they were fully booked, as were other local hotels.

    Was a good size room for our family it was vary clean. The breakfast was vary good. And the staff where wonderful.

    We take the grandkids to a hotel every valentines weekend to play in a pool and to use the hottub but the hottub was cold and green and the pool was cold also. The kids played in the pool anyway. But we would not use the hottub to worried about bacteria. We where Disappointed... I expected better out of a Hilton that's why I choose them.

    That it was dog friendly

    The handle to the side door fell off in my hand at check in. Our room on the 5th floor the kitchen sink leaked EVERYWHERE. We then extended a night and switched rooms got into a room that looked like it had been cleaned yet we had no toilet paper no towels and there was someone else’s belongings in the drawers in the bathroom

    Beds were uncomfortable, no one to greet, no one to check out with, doors slammed shut all night, pillows were flat, water pressure was poor. Pool was over crowded and the spa. Spa looked like piss from all the kids in it.

    Super easy stay. Large room with foldout so kids don’t have to share a bed. Kitchen is a big+. Pretty wide selection for breakfast.

    Breakfast was good, but really busy. Ran out of eggs and didn't get any. We came down at 9am and it was super busy. Took a long time to get a waffle too. Only ended up with cereal unfortunately.

    Our room still had dishes in the dishwasher. Not sure if they were cleaned or not. Also saw some hair left in the shower drains. It was kind of a turn off to use the shower. Recommend new mattress on the sofa bed too. Very thin and not a very comfortable sleep.
