Comfortable room. Gym and pool areas were quite nice. Entirely place was spotless and orderly.

The pool was not warm, and ended up being closed due to maintenance.

We liked the closeness ro downtown and all the dining and shopping close by. We enjoyed the room with us amenities, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most, fresh and fully stocked.

We always welcome a complimentary breakfast. However, during our stay, the main breakfast items provided were in need of much improvement - visually and in quality. I asked someone what the items were that I pointed out. The Turkey Bacon, aside from being mysteriously looking, lacked any taste. The Egg Bites had a strange texture without any hint of taste to indicate what they were made of until we asked. The Fried Eggs, as served, were literally flat as pancakes and cold. The poor Canadian Bacon had the appearance and texture of having been microwaved beyond being edible. The coffee, juice, bagel and yogurt were good. Luckily there was a good diner four blocks away, Mandy's, which we frequented.

The hotel location was great. Walkability to many local sites, restaurants and city events during the weekend.

We were well cared for and staff and management went out of their way to retrieve personal belonging we had left behind. Great location and staff!

I didn’t particularly like that the shower water took a while to get hot. I also thought it was weird not having a waste basket inside the bathroom. Not enough trash containers in room period. Also, the attendant for breakfast was not attentive to the work flow and guests. For example, there was a continuous beep that last a couple minutes and he just stood there not doing anything about it and when we mentioned the OJ was out he didn’t refill the juice station right away and we had already finished our breakfast.

The counter space is wonderful! Having a kitchenette was super convenient at well.

Not enough hot water for the building, could not shower in the morning. Staff was not the best and it was.a location where I had to walk past homeless people who had shit themselves and were trying to wipe themselves up musicly to get to the corner store less than. A block away. So yeah I over rated it I think. The location in Bend Or. Gave me high expectations that were not met.. oh yeah also for a place that offers a noon checkout breakfast being served until 9 was a bit BS

I would have expected a hot tub for the price, disappointing. One of the elevators had a floor alert that was loud, obnoxious and jarring. Not sure why since the other elevator was fine. It would have been nice to have an actual channel guide showing currently playing programs but this seems to be a failure of nearly every hotel I've been in.

The front desk staff was amazing, housekeeping was pleasant and helpful, breakfast staff did their job no complaints.

Location was close to everything and within a short walking distance. The breakfast sandwiches were dry especially the bread part. Otherwise it was fair.

It took approximately 40 minutes for our party to get checked in. The two representatives were on the phone with booking.com trying to get information on our prepaid booking. $14 to park one night.

Facilities are modern and clean. the room was spacious. Breakfast was ok

Would have liked to see more variety of yogurt, fruit and some kind of granola or muesli. Scrambled eggs and hash browns would be nice.

Location good. Cheese omelet was good and nice to have bananas available.

The rug in the elevator and the carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned. Smart to have security as the area isn't the best at night.

We loved the check in experience. Also appreciate that there was security as the area was a little sketchy. Had to go out to my car, and I wouldn't have felt safe otherwise. Simon, night clerk, was so helpful and friendly!

Parking was not secure. If you can't park under the awning in view of the cameras, breakins are likely. This is mostly due to the area. Staff was helpful, but the property needs more secure parking.

Breakfast was good. Room layout was excellent. Location was convenient.
