I cannot complain about anything.

They had great amenities, complimentary drinks, a pool, grills available, a nice clean pool, fire pit area, gym and snack selection. The rooms were spotless, had everything a family could need and were comfortable. The staff were more than helpful , had great information and helped so much. Rosa who checked us in was particularly great. The location is perfect and close to everything. Breakfast had a great selection and despite being busy there was plenty of room and they did not run low on anything.

Did not like the barn door on the bathroom, it’s less privacy and when you’re rooming with your dad and brother it can be smelly. Also the breakfast was tasty, just not our favorite items.

Was a little disappointed with the cheese omelet (seemed overcooked or the cheese was missing?). The pool is also a little on the small side - when we were by ourselves it was fine, but even two other people in there made it very loud (and when we were joined by a family who liked to splash and jump around and it got us every time, we were quick to leave).

Clean and comfortable. Rosa was amazing and very accommodating at our checkout! The location is perfect where it’s walking distance to restaurants and also a short drive to many others. The suite was so comfy and roomy. The breakfast was hot and yummy - the biscuits and gravy were perfect!

I noticed that the outdoor cushions by the fire pit could use a little love.

First impressions are priceless. We were welcomed by kind, thoughtful staff. Rose and Jodi, I believe are their names. They made us feel like VIP’s.! We really appreciated all the information they shared. We loved our room! And because I’m asthmatic, we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and halls.

The noise of the people above (dance party? Moving furniture? kids?) was very annoying especially on near 11 pm, but a quick mention to the front desk staff and it did stop after that.

Pet friendly, although the $75 fee seemed excessive, but the room assignment on first floor near accessible entry/exit was perfect for walking the dog in the designated area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a studio with large desk and sitting area, kitchenette and a great complimentary breakfast. Situated near interstate highways, was perfect for heading south without having to enter Cincinnati proper.

Our only teeny tiny complaint would be the bathroom doors. The doors were sliding barn door style and we didn’t feel like we had the privacy that we would fully want with the huge gaps in the door frame.

We loved our stay! Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and my kiddos loved the pool. We were only there one evening but will be booking Hilton2 Suites again. Thank you!

At the time of our stay, the indoor pool had a broken heater, so the water was cold in the pool.

The room smelled like stale smoke but really that's the only complaint. It was very clean other than that. It had everything we needed but it's just a bummer when everything smells like smoke when leaving. Might have just been that room.

The rooms are always spacious and comfy. The breakfast is great and the check in and out is always easy. Friendly staff. It's a great place to stay with family.
