You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaFirstly, this was sorted out very quickly, thanks to the lovely young lady I talked with via phone. Our room was paid for in advance via Booking.com two weeks prior to arrival. We arrived at the hotel and a credit card was asked for by the reception. I made sure that the girl receptionist was aware of the prepayment, she unfortunately didn't reassure me that she knew this. We saw on our bank statement that we were double charged. I had to provide the paperwork, as the hotel did not see their own records of double charging. I gave the hotel a confirmation number, but they had no record of the transactions. (So keep all the paperwork on hand in case) However, as I mentioned before, the young lady I dealt with on the phone was very helpful and she took care of this issue quickly after I emailed our information/payment confirmations.
Great location for us. Our family reunion was close by. Also, there are restaurants, shops and more nearby. The hotel room was very clean and pleasant. The kitchenette is great. The included breakfast and coffee bar was nice.
