    The location is located near restaurants and has acceptable exits so you don't have to feel as if your fighting your for life in rush hour to leave or enter. Breakfast starts early enough and it's good. Rooms appear clean and modern with friendly staff.

    The coffee needs replenished more often in the AM

    I encountered several issues, including a dirty shower with pubic hair and black mold, and hairs in the bed, requiring fresh linens. Requested cleaning while I was out taking my state boards, the shower remained dirty upon my return. The room wasn't ready and the air conditioning unit needed maintenance, which the staff was discussing: "That part just needs to be popped in." Maybe it should’ve been cleaned as well! I left at 7 a.m. and returned at 11:40 a.m., the shower was still dirty, forcing me to take a sink bath. When I told the manager that I took a sink bath, he made a derogatory comment, saying, "We call that a hoe bath," He then said, he was already refunding back to the virtual card and it would take 3-7 days. I haven't received it after a week, which prompted my review. He then instantly responded to my email, and became even more unprofessional .I contacted Booking.com to check if anything had been returned, and they said they would reach out to the hotel. Ironically, the manager on duty had not returned their calls, but within minutes of my review, he quickly responded. Booking.com has also made notes of the time frame as well!The email a week later “Good morning! Thanks for the feedback. We did a thorough inspection of the room after you came down and let us know. The General Manager and I did a review of the room that you were adhering to upon departure and the nature of the room did not meet the criteria for a refund. Apologies if this was your indication but there is a strong difference in opinion for the issues experienced. It is our expectation to make every stay an exceptional one; however, there are some inconsistencies in the story presented. In particular staying at previous hotels and having problems alluded to and then the same issue manifest at this hotel. Wishing you the best going forward.     It had a full kitchen area which was nice. We also enjoyed the family games and pool table in the lobby. The hot cocoa bar and complimentary bottle water were also Great for our Family. It was nice to have towels by the pool. The outdoor grill area was super nive(even though we didn’t use it).

    The pull out bed(sofa) mattress had spots on it and was filthy. We had to request sheets and blankets for it. The shower door had soap scum built up on it. Was disappointed they didn’t have a hot tub by the pool.
