Did not like most juices only could tolerate the apple juice only. OJ was horrible. Did not like using milk others had used from the original gallon jug it came it. Had some scum in it on the inside wall of container after it had been used? Other items were decent.

The room and floor was nice and clean. Had trouble with key on occasion. Parking was good. Staff was nice. Very accommodating and helpful.

The key cards for the rooms had to be swapped out so many times that I can't even count them. Pool area wasn't in the best condition (cleanliness was subpar). It was very overcrowded and some kids were unsupervised.

The only thing I would add to the room is a stove top ; it would have been nice to be able to cook some. The available portable stove in the reception is not that great.

New hotel with comfortable and nice room and gym. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Since I was working in Hammond, the location was great as well.

We arrived in the evening, but not very late, and were told that we would be charged 100 dollars extra, which would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. We are elderly people who rented a handicapped room, not Johnny Rotten. When checking out we were told that they could not provide a receipt as their system was down.

Breakfast was exceptional. Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, plus breakfast sandwiches, bagel bites, and bread and rolls which you could toast.

The one thing I didn't like was that the breakfast wasn't what I was hoping for from Home2. A few key items I look forward to having weren't available. One of the breakfast ladies wasn't the most polite.

The location was perfect! I love staying at Home2 hotels bc you can usually expect to get the same quality of service, cleanliness and set up regardless of what city you're in. This one was successful in meeting those expectations.

Shampoo bottle was empty. Asked for coffee pods for 2nd day there (since no one does daily maid service anymore) but didn't get delivered. TV remote Guide button didn't work (annoying).

Room was nice & large. Loved the full kitchen! Good location - right off the freeway. Had a wonderful brewery right next door. Lobby was very nicely set up. Had a couple of nice patio areas.

I think breakfast could have been a lot of better maybe a more of a selection wasn't enough variety to choose from for people that might have children or cannot eat certain things and again I wish the temperature of the pool was a little bit warmer when you got out the pool it was cold as well as once you got in but I love the depth and the cleanliness of the area but we had to go to the front desk to get towels but not a problem

The rooms were cleaned very well shower was warm not as hot I was as I would like very well stocked I love the fact of the bigger fridge and kitchen area breakfast was simple omelettes sausage McMuffins oatmeal cereal yogurt and the usual toast and bagels and fruit the pool area what's a decent area but water was very cold could have been a little bit warmer the fitness area was great many machines love the TV access and the cleanliness of the area the staff was great I love the outside area with a fire pit it was very pleasant I would definitely recommend coming back here and I'm actually looking forward to coming back again very soon

The breakfast offering was a bit dull; some mornings only had the cheese omelette, waffles, bread/cereal on offer. I skipped it for half of our 10-day stay.

We booked the Queen Suite, and it had everything our family of 3 needed. We arrived early; Summer took good care of us on that day and throughout the stay. A hiccup with our room clean was handled well by the manager
