The towels in the room were not horrible but I would have loved to see more updated ones. Especially after a long day at the beach- a thin, rough towel is not my favorite!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt very safe and was only a 10 minute drive to Coligny. The room was an amazing size for our little family. This was our first beach trip with our 6 month old and felt like we had plenty of space and the full size fridge, dishwasher and the kitchenette as a whole made prepping bottles so easy. We were provided with a pack-n-play for our daughter to sleep which was a huge plus! Ms. Anderson at the front desk was so extremely kind and such a delight to work with!

There was a bad smell in the hallways and someone was always vacuuming in the hallways. Also there was an early check-in charge which was unexpected.

Property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were good sized and well stocked with everything you needed. Bedding was wonderful and amenities were nice. Location was easy to access and convenient. Staff was friendly.

Wish the room had a full size coffee pot. Wish the continental breakfast had more fresh fruit - berries, melon, etc. bananas were only available approx. every other day, and wish it had greek yogurt. Wish ppl with pets were put on the 1st floor - we were on 4th long way to go to take a dog pee in the a.m. Wish the outdoor fire table worked and the pool was heated/on. Wish the washer/dryer worked, but was offered an alternative at the sister hotel behind us, so that was good. It would have been great to have a balcony, but understand that's a big ask!

Very clean hotel; very friendly staff, and lots of staff always busy! Enjoyed the free water! Took a couple every time we went by the cooler. Room was a good size for a couple with a small dog. We used the outdoor gas grill with no problem! We used the induction hot plate w/pan with no problem/readily available. Kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, food storage/cooking containers. Maybe could have used more silverware.

They had a large, tasty breakfast selection & china dinnerware. Hotel is centrally located on the island’s main road. The room had new furnishings including big size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,coffeemaker, comfy mattresses too.

Very friendly staff. Big, clean rooms with all you need for a nice stay. You can walk across the parking lot to a great Jamaican restaurant and a sports pub. A water and juicy apple were a nice welcome after the drive in.

Check in was a bit on the slow side. The staff member that was assisting everyone seemed to be working alone. She could have used some help there were four families checking in at the same time. With multiple dogs.

We ate breakfast here four out of the six mornings we were there. The breakfast worked for us. It wasn't amazing but it was better than a lot of continental breakfasts that we have had in the past.

The lack of water pressure in the shower. They should have a maintenance guy take the water saver out of all of the shower heads. It doesn't take that long to do. There were some people upstairs making a lot of noise all night. And there was only one electric car charger so I only got to charge mine for one night

The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The bed sheets were extremely soft and the bed itself was very comfortable.
