Every morning we woke up stiff and sore in our lower lumbar for half the day. At one point I had to move to the sofa, which wasn't much better but it offered a bit more support than the bed.
Breakfast was okay, comparable to other hotels.

Unable to have the breakfast - families with too many children in the area. I paid to get a lake view and it was really just a parking lot and roofs of the places in front of the hotel. Also, needed another pillow on our bed. Overall it was ok. Probably will try other places next time. Thanks

The room was wonderful. The pool and outside areas are comfortable and relaxing. Quiet and close to restaurants. The view of the lake was gorgeous. Excellent exercise room. I will definitely stay here again.

I had to call room service to have it changed. the counters didn’t even look wiped down or that the shower had been cleaned. pool is small

The pool is situated behind the hotel and does not get full sun but for a couple of hours near the end of the day so it is always cold. Too cold to acclimate to and enjoy. The pillows are so soft, when you lay on them, they disappear. The bed was hard which is great for the men but not so great for ladies with curves.
The price and cleanliness. It was very clean. Most of the staff were great and very personable and who doesn't like a continental breakfast.
