Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only problem was that they didn’t have enough staff working breakfast in the morning. Many options were out from the egg patties, to the biscuits to, to Orange Juice, they coffee looked like tea and the hot water was barely warm. I think there was just one person helping with breakfast and they definitely needed more help. They also need more than one waffle maker. We waited over 20 minutes each day for our turn to make a waffle. Pool was inside but very cold.
Good location, fairly quiet area but with a lot to do or eat close by. Hotel was clean, didn’t smell bad and beds were comfortable, although the pull out sofa bed mattress has seen better days. Very good selection of food for breakfast if you had time to wait for it to be ready.

Small things like the door to the bathroom was hard to open and close. Smell of room was unpleasant. Bought spray to help.

The breakfast was horrible, mostly all carbs. I am Celiac my only option was an egg omelet with too much cheese and over nuked

No one cleaned the room, or emptied the trash, and didn't bring fresh towels, no coffee for the next day. Didn't make up the bed. The breakfast was awful, and we had to wipe off our table before we ate. It was sticky.
Decent room. Although I've stayed at other Home2 hotels. They were much nicer

Everything was fine except room was near back entrance- could hear door opening and shutting until 3 in the morning. Then on the last night, loud banging woke everyone up - some guest heard someone scream. Very disturbing - felt staff there until then

The pool shut down for the rest of our stay on our second day there due to someone having an accident in the pool. Both of my kids were bummed!

Pool was closed. WiFi didn’t work on the tv (therefore the tv didn’t work). So I had 3 upset children.
Hotel was very clean, and came equipped with everything needed. Felt safe.

Made reservation 3 months early but pool was still broke.. Didnt get hilton honnors points or greeting and have always whether I used a booking sight or not.. It said suit but was definitely just a room with curtain.. I work in big industry hotels and yall would have been sued by one of our guests.. A sliding barn door isnt a good door to use for the bathroom as it barley covered the doorway and you can see in it from both sides..

No grass. All parking lot. Light over mirror didn’t work. Breakfast was nasty oatmeal or waffles. No meat options. Just not at all impressive. Elevator only on front end of hotel, parking wasn’t available in front so I had to carry all my bags either up stairs or all the way to the front then back down the hallway to my room.

The noise. We could easily hear through the walls and even worse it sounded like a herd of elephants were on the floor above us.
The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. There were premaid sandwhiches and egg bowls. You could pop them in the microwave and cook them. Fresh made waffles, oatmeal, oranges, apples, yogurt and cereal. The only reason it was not a 10 is because they did not seem to use any soundproofing when building this hotel.
