Property was clean, in a good area and the staff were professional and so polite. We’ll stay again and again!

The room had a home like feel. Everything was provided that was needed for a comfortable stay.

There are no complaints regarding the property.

The breakfast was included. The breakfast had all the choices you could have asked for. There was a staff member readily available and attentive during the breakfast hours which was a plus. The coffee was fresh & delicious. The lobby was pet friendly with a bowl of treats which was appreciated by my four legged companion. Bonus points for the fast elevators! My hotel room was very clean and included some surprising amenities i did not expect. The room I stayed in had a larger refrigerator than usual in a hotel room, a nice sized sink (with a new sponge, and dishwashing liquid), dishwasher, and many cooking utensils. The bed & pillows were comfortable and all blinds worked smoothly. The outside grounds even had a patio area in case you wanted to relax outside.

I stayed for two nights & cannot think of anything I did not like.

It had a lot of nearby retail and restaurants. It was also close to a hospital. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast and kitchenette inside of our room.

It was very noisy the first night we stayed. We had a 2nd floor room and could hear others above us walking or stomping loudly. Not sure if it’s because of thin ceiling and walls but either way it impacted our quality of sleep, hearing footsteps every few minutes to an hour throughout the night. The staff offered to alert the room above us and gave us a complimentary food/beverage item due to the trouble.

The gal put us in a room on first floor, I requested 3rd floor and she said there was nothing available. Went to the room, wasn’t even made up. She said she could give us a room on the 3rd floor. So she lied to us. We will not be back

The location was ideal. The staff were very friendly. The room was decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was supplied with everything we needed.😁

I have no complaints about this stay.😁 We will definitely be returning.

Every single thing you could want for working and cooking. Great dishes etc and large moveable table which rolls! Wonderful by the bed. Staff super nice and healthy breakfast choices.

The hotel room had a heavy smell of body sweat. I left within 2 hrs! Gen Manager refused to give refund! HORRIBLE staff.
