The only big issue we had was that the air conditioning broke. We called the office and they moved us across the hall right away.

A coffee cup that I drank from had lipstick on it. Had to call the desk one night (10:15) due to barking dog in next room.

The beds weren't that comfortable unfortunately. I know this wasn't the hotels fault but there was a woman who walked up and down the hall all day long, both days we stayed and she would act as if WE were in her way. It was quite annoying and weird.

The lady who checked us in was very kind. She greeted everyone who came in and thanked everyone who left. She was in a good mood the entire time we stayed. The rooms were fantastic, great size.

The TV didn't work. We could not get it connected to the cable. This wasn't a huge deal but a bit annoying. We were already in our pajamas so we didn't want to call and have someone have to come into our room so we didn't complain directly to the staff, it may have been a real simple fix. We just watched stuff on our phones.

I always forget how huge these hotel rooms are. I love that there is a couch and 'livingroom' section as well as a larger fridge than you'd find in most hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff is always so friendly here. Upon arrival we were asked if we are Hilton Honors members and since we were we got free water and a snack.

I think because we checked in right after our room was cleaned it smell STRONGLY of bleach. Which is good that they clean with bleach, but it was pretty difficult to tolerate for a while. We ended up turning up the AC and leaving for a little while. The other issue I had was that our room was advertised as a King Suite with Hide-a-Bed but the bed was not a king-sized bed, I would guess it was a queen or a full. This was not a huge deal because my husband and I are used to sleeping in a smaller bed, but if you are not, then I would call the property and verify that the bed you're getting is in-fact a king.

Hotel appeared clean, was easy to get to. The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in and check out very simple. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early which was nice.

The mattress was not comfy at all. The a/c for the room had a weird odor everytime we came back from outside of the hotel so it must have a filter that hasn't been cleaned for awhile I assume. The pool had warning signs saying closed, they put it on the stairs to the jacuzzi and in front of the steps to the pool so I can only assume they were cleaning, but there was no other signs saying pool is being cleaned so I wasn't sure if it was open or not. So I wasn't able to swim the entire two days I was there.

The lobby and entrance of the Hotel was very inviting and welcoming. Hotel room was mostly clean and had neatly folded towels.
