A spacious room with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Very clean. Excellent hot breakfast, with high chairs available for children. This is very important for us since we are traveling with a little one. Friendly staff

Posted this to Google Reviews but needed to share here too. Note: we loved it so much we are already rebooked here for Halloween Horror Nights and are about to book again for out next Epic Universe trip!! Everything is clean and well furnished and the size of the kitchenette and fridge were fantastic. It’s literally a mile from Epic Universe so that is absolutely perfect. We had Anthony assist us at check-in and he was friendly and informative and had a very welcoming personality. When we went down for the wonderful breakfast bar (fresh waffles and oatmeal both with loads of toppings and all the regular continental breakfast foods you expect) Blake was at the desk and he was also a positive personality to interact with!

Our only complaint was the pillows were too flat and a little uncomfortable and the TV didn't get local channels.

Room was excellent. Staff was very nice and kept checking to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast options were great. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Breakfast should include vegetables (there weren't any at all). The hotel's approach felt a bit too budget-conscious — for example, they didn't refill the shampoo in the bathroom daily (we stayed for a week), which was disappointing

The room was bigger than a regular size room. Very spacious with dishwasher and sink available in the room. Making it very convenient for dining in the room and lots of storage space.

Breakfast could have more variety. I personally didn’t like the oatmeal, it was overcooked. But it is very minor detail. In general we were super happy to stay there.

That I had to pay USD 8.- for two candy bars (the petrol station closed during hurricane Milton).

Very clean and spacious room with seating area and kitchen. Two large beds. Very friendly staff. “Free” parking and very good breakfast. There is a petrol station with a food store next to the building. Note: This is a pet-friendly place. Expect to meet a few bigger dogs in the elevator and lobby.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Andrea. She was amazing! She was able to accommodate our needs and was very friendly and helpful. Although our room was not available for early check in another room was she offered that to us. We were very thankful. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints at all. Will stay again for sure.
