Honestly, some of the front desk staff were pretty rude during my stay. On my second night, the overnight team had a serious attitude. They looked at me like I didn’t belong there—even though I had my key card and was clearly a paying guest. The overnight attendant, in particular, was really dismissive. I asked if I could extend my stay by an hour, and instead of helping, he gave me attitude, avoided eye contact, and brushed me off like I was a bother. It made me wonder what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. Late at night, there were barely any snack options available for purchase, and they never restocked them during my stay. Same issue with the free laundry service—you’d think there would at least be soap available for purchase, but there was none. The room itself had some issues, too. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, so I had to be extra cautious using it. The pillows looked worn out and could definitely use replacing. Overall, the hotel just felt lifeless. The energy was dull and unwelcoming, which unfortunately matched the vibe of the town—in a bad way. It’s not a place I’d be quick to return to.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The exterior of the hotel was very appealing, especially the patio, it was visually pleasing and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The pool was simple but perfect for a quick dip, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. I also appreciated the guest laundry facilities, which helped me save some money, definitely a convenient feature. Although I didn’t use the gym, it looked very clean and well-maintained, great for a quick workout. The room itself was a highlight, with a fully equipped kitchen that added a lot of value. The TV also had plenty of options, which made relaxing in the room even better.

Right next to an auto racetrack. I'm glad I didn't come during a race weekend or it would had been disappointing from a sound standpoint.

The sheets and towels felt outstanding. We had a king size bed which was so comfortable. I loved the king size pillows which are far better than the small square things at other hotels. They also had flat pillows and puffy choices which was nice too. Great kitchen including a full size refer and dishwasher.

Breakfast wasn't restocked. Food on floor, so much that I was concerned of two seniors slipping and falling! Bathroom sink wasn't attached to counter-- held with one hand and used other to turn on the water.

We were running out of towels and tp. When tp replaced, it was just set on vanity counter, never put on holders. Bed was poorly made. Housekeeping staff friendly but not thorough.

Sadly the rooms lacked 'sound proofing'. The people in the room above ours spent the whole evening walking back & forth and seemed to enjoy jumping up and down!!!!! We had to turn up the volume on the TV to drown them out. Breakfast was mayhem......kids running everywhere and shouting to each other, not a good experience.

Our room was excellent. A studio type room with sofa, small kitchen area equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and lots of dishes & cutlery. The king size bed was also comfortable but although the bedding was clean it certainly wasn't ironed. In the lobby it was possible to purchase some pre-packed meals ready for the microwave.

The carpet in the room needs to be deep cleaned, it smelled like bad feet. Carpet fresh wouldn't help it, it needs deep clean . That smell made it an unpleasant stay
