Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Checking in was slow. They didn’t know if we had paid (we had). Ended up checking someone else in ahead of us. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Our AC was a little messed up. But the staff came up to fix it right after I told them about it and they got it working great! And they even remembered us the next morning and checked with us to be sure the AC worked properly all night.
It was nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was amazing, the pool was great. It was really good to know they allow pets for our future visits. And my children loved the cookies!

The people staying above us stomped around late at night and pretty early in the morning. Didn’t receive a very restful night few nights but other than that everything else was good.
Location was great and staff was friendly.

My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable and better comforter/blankets would be nice.
Very clean, spacious room. The pool was warm and clean. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had a great variety. There was always parking available. Great location close to everything you would need and good selection of restaurants nearby.

The room wasn't as clean as the one I was booked into the last time. Found hair in the bathroom area. In the shower pan and bathroom floor. I stayed for 3 nights without service. Ran out of supplies.
The rooms are spacious. The internet was good. Great customer service

The bathroom was not as clean. Hair in the shower pan and on the bathroom floor and walls. Your 2nd day cleaning policy meant no cleaning at all during our 2 day stay.
It's a new facility. Great atmosphere. Great location. Close to a bunch of eating places.

The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom and when the AC came on it sounded like a helicopter taking off then it eating nails. When I told front desk they just said they would call maintenance.
Like the heated pool, good free breakfast, bigger room.

Swimming pool was always full of kids. Typical for the last weekend of summer but too noisy for me to enjoy.

I was in a handicapped room (didn't need it) but it was clean and very big(for wheelchair access, I'm sure.) Check in was not marked well from outside hotel and I drove around it a couple times before realizing where it was.
This hotel is clean and the staff was quite friendly. Easy check-in at front desk. Decor reminded me of a European hotel for some reason. Colorful yet a bit utilitarian(?) I'm in my late 50s - saw mostly 20-30 something business and leisure travelers there. It was great!

room was not stocked well….not enough toilet paper, no hand soap was in the bathroom, pillows for beds was horrible and very flat, bathroom was not as clean and I would of liked with the bathroom floor still had hair and toe clippings

The electricity in my room kept tripping, my lights went out several times! I had to keep flipping the circuit breaker. When I called the front desk, I was told if a game system is plugged up (and it was) along with a laptop (mine was) it will trip the circuit breaker. this has never happened at any hotel I stayed at. They said they are working on this issue. It was an inconvenience to have to keep flipping a breaker.
