Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was wondering why this hotel was rated so low (we quickly found out). In my opinion, the staff here needs more customer service training. Front Desk wasn't staffed when we arrived. When they finally got back from their break, they chided us for not knowing they lock their front doors @ 10pm (it was 9:30 pm when we arrived). Thank goodness hotel patrons were in lobby to let us in. Then the cleaning staff starts their patrols around 9:00 am, the following morning. We were still getting ready to go out for the day when they knocked on our door. We asked for more towels when they cleaned our room. They said "Ok" but never returned to clean our room. The next day, we were packing to leave. Cleaning staff knocked on our door around 9:30 am & we informed them we were still packing. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I sarcastically told them we'd be out by noon. Just before 10:00 am, the head cleaning commandant stopped by to inform us that in order to stay till noon, we had to get permission from the front desk. She never stated, but after reviewing fine print in my reservation email, check out time is 11:00 am (my bad). We left @ 10:45 am & will never return to this hotel!
Hotel facilities were clean & well maintained. Breakfast was excellent & had a good variety of food.
