Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWe found out on this trip; you now have to pay for parking. We hadn't been to this property for a while, and we immediately noticed the signs as you enter. That's a no go for us because for years we have stayed at this location and its sister property, Hilton Garden, we have never had to pay for parking. Seems they are following California on this one. There are many other properties in Tempe who do not charge, and we will be on the lookout for those.
The stay is always great, the staff members are kind, and they changed their breakfast and there are quite a few more items to choose from! The room ready for us; and we always enjoy staying at this property as it is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, etc.

United StatesThere is always a bedside clock in the rooms in which I have stayed. There was none in this room. a few days into my stay, I stopped at the front desk and asked if I could get one. It never happened. So I asked the first maid that cleaned the room if she could get me a clock. She meant well, but I never got one. So finally 2 days before the end to my stay, I asked the maid that day. She was great and went and got one right then. Seems like a minor thing but it was great to have especially at night. Also, 5 days into my stay, I found a card on my car about registering for parking. I went to the front desk and asked what that was all about. She explained that you are now charging for parking. I was disappointed to hear this! There is a huge lot there and charging for parking doesn't seem necessary. That adds quite a bit to the cost of my stay. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and assisted me in registering my vehicle, and I was only charged for the last 2 nights of parking. But, in the future, I will have to consider the cost when planning my lodging.
I like the large rooms, and the kitchen facilities.

People went back in and some people stand outside, some used the elevator. It made for along morning and not rested by breakfast time.

United StatesMy room was just a frontage road away from the highway, so there was traffic noise even at night . I was there for a week and not once did a maid check with me to see if I needed any supplies. I didn't daily maid service \, but it would have been nice to know how to discard the trash or how to get some clean towels, etc.
I like the kitchenette aspect as I as there for a week when I come. The breakfast covers a wide variety of tastes. . The staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows great.

United Statesit had zero staff, it had zero vending machines. so any time I wanted a bottle of water or soda or basically anything, you had to go next door to the other Hilton or to the restaurant. it was absolutely ridiculous. I mean if you aren’t going to staff the hotel, at least have vending machines.
it was close to friends house and it had a great restaurant next door.
