Our TV didn't work and my husband is a big sports fan. We tried to fix it, but couldn't make it work. I reported it to the front desk but there was no one on call to fix it. It was frustrating but we were at a Twins game with friends so thank goodness their TV worked. I like watching the news while I'm getting ready in the morning so that was disappointing.

The elevator had some creepy electrical sounds and seemed uneasy at times. There was a plunger and sacks of garbage left outside a couple rooms for more than just one night. The bed wasn't super comfortable to me, a little hard for my personal liking.

The staff was friendly and always acknowledged you, even walking in from outside! The breakfast, though I didn't partake in much of it, looked plentiful and a variety. Coffee was delicious and hot and I, personally, always appreciate bananas offered for a fruit selection. I also appreciate when laundry service isn't available daily, that there were enough towels already in the room. Also really enjoyed the dishes and sink and large fridge in the room

The pool was out of order BUT the front desk arranged for us to be able to Use the comfort inn next door!! That young man was top notch.

Breakfast was good. There could be better signage yo identify location if utensils etc. also directions in waffle maker. Non strawberry yogurt options would be good.

Unable to get TVs (there were 2) in work out room to works usually. 1 only showed standards weather challenge and other TV was always offline. Yes contacted front desk twice and only once were they able to get it connected for workout session then I just stopped asking. Washers and dryers were in need of a clean

Breakfast limited. Yes there are options however breakfast sandwhichs only vs eggs able to be made spearately which was touch when there for 2 weeks period of time.

I had customer service reach out, and I replied to her and explained a few of the things that were missing and broken and unchecked in my room and explained that it made the stay inconvenient. I have any going to say anything. There were missing items in the shower, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chain to the window blinds (the heavy blackout one) was broken so I couldnt let any sunlight in and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. It was a bad morning. The customer service lady OFFERED to discount my room … I checked my bank account … and rather than get a discount, I was charged $50 more than I booked the room for. $253 for a single bed in a room that didn’t have have the amenities it said it would. It made the stay not very nice.

The neighbors to our room were distributive, loud, and using drugs on site. The staff said they’d take care of it. Several complaints were made and others families left. We also ended up leaving at midnight because the room was not settling down.

It was clean and the rooms were large enough for our family to move around in.

This was our 4th stay here. Much improved from the last time. We were granted an end Suite on the 3rd floor. Thank you! The new GM was very helpful,and pleasant.

The stopper in the bathroom sink was not staying shut. The shampoo dispenser was empty. Management did address this.

Nothing! No complaints. We have stayed at other Home2Suites,and this by far was our best stay ever. We have already rebooked next month.

Service was excellent. Was allowed earlier check in,which really helped with our evening plans. The breakfast was amazing! Very many choices.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful when we mentioned how the elevators were not working properly and tried to argue with us about it. My boyfriend recently had back surgery and the reason we chose this hotel was location and because of the fact we didn’t need him to use the stairs. And he had to use them multiple times which was extremely horrible on his back. This was also a work trip for me so I was incredibly tired after an 11 hour work day and having to climb a bunch of stairs with heavy boxes was miserable. When we called to talk about the elevators, they kept saying manager was on lunch break for hours and hours and never called back the next day which is quite sad. I would recommend finding different hotel if you plan on staying in the Plymouth area.

The room was nice. Everything else was a miserable experience.
