How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms were a bit dirty. For instance, the patio table was not clear, dust on baseboards. Not enough silverware and cups- no dish soap or dish towels. The breakfast was always crowded and the food wasn’t good but the coffee was always hot! The water in the shower never got hot. Mostly lukewarm water.
The front desk staff is so incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was a great size with a big fridge. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet. Parking was close by in the parking deck-it was easy in and out with a QR code.

The gym was 80 degree and you couldn’t bring down the temp without maintenance getting involved. Not the best place to put a laundry room that is consistently used by guests running the dryer all day.
Breakfast was decent for on the go guests. Great location away from downtown FTL and the craziness in MIA. Pool was nice but some of the lounge chairs were broken but they have towel, water and bathrooms on the same level so it makes lounging by the pool convenient. The kitchenette was perfect for an extended stay and the coffee shop next door is a local favorite.

The breakfast is not good.. I chose to go to McD's after the first day, as there wasn't anything good at the breakfast buffet. The place was too expensive for the amenities, even though it was spring break. Wasn't a lot of properties available when I booked, for the work I was doing down here!
The room was nice and relatively clean. The view was decent, above the pool, but couldn't see much other than that. The bar at the top is very nice!

We had to pay for 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella at the beach & it cost us $60. It would have been nice if the hotel had chairs & Umbrellas for their guests. We spent to much money eating out. We weren't crazy about the breakfast offered. Other guests cut in front of you, we had to wait on line. So we at at other places the whole week.

The room was worn, while clean couch was stained, looked shabby. Pillows were old.
Location, Breakfast, pleasant staff. When I arrived they could no find my reservation . Brandi and then Stephanie worked hard to find it, they would not give up. after they tried for over a half hour Stephanie figured out my name was transposed and she found the reservation.

The room service was awful. In the entire week only one day they did the service on time. We have several days without services and we need to request the towels, toilet paper and shampoo. It needs to be review. Some competitors in the same area have a very good room service.

House cleaning skipped my room and I had to call for towels and toilet paper. Also the hallway had a peculiar smell.

The timing of housekeeping services was different everyday and didn't come at all one day. But there are fresh towels available by the pool and the staff elevators so it didn't affect us that much.
The location is AMAZING. We were traveling with small children and this hotel has everything we could need. The breakfast is so good, the pool is great, a game room to occupy the kids if it rains, and snacks/drinks available at the lobby. You can rent beach umbrella/chairs for a flat fee and they have beach toys for kids. There are adult bikes to rent too. The staff is so very helpful and super firendly.
