Felt like home

Clean and extremely well maintained!

Breakfast needs to be better attended to ensure that items are replenished and areas to eat are clean.

I loved this hotel! The front desk personnel who checked us in was delightful -- friendly, warm and welcoming! Within minutes we had our keys and were relaxing in our big room, loaded with amenities -- the kitchen was well equipped, the living space was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The common areas were bright and inviting, including an outside seating area that beckoned every morning. The full breakfast was a nice treat! Everything we needed was at our fingertips -- a clock, outlets, lots of light, plush towels, lots of drawers, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils... and more!

Th replace was exceptional. I am not easily pleased. The king suite was extremely well-appointed. It was unusually spacious.

As a physician, I am concerned about public safety. I might suggest more supervision of the breakfast area. Put up signage to the effect, “ No one under 16 is to touch the food or utensils”

Hotel was centrally located shopping area was close by we had a little problem in the beginning but it was dealt with. Overall was a great stay we'll definitely go back

We had an odor in the room of mildew, perhaps from the carpet? When the floor got wet in the kitchen area we wiped it up and the floor was dirty.

Breakfast was better than most hotels, creative with the egg sandwich. Clean and bright in the entire hotel. Nice location just need some serious restaurants next door and it would be the best hotel in New England.

Not unhappy but had to travel to get food. Three businesses under construction that would've been nice if open.

The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was lovely.

I couldn’t get into the property base so n construction out on the road. It took three tries and getting the night construction men involved. It was late and I was tired and aggravated when I arrived. Then I checked on and the key machine wasn’t working so I had to wait for the manager to get me into my room. She was very pleasant and it wasn’t her fault but the whole situation was horrid, late at night and can’t check in. Eventually she got me the hotels key cards? And asked that o return them to the front desk when I left in the morning, which o did.
