Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesLittle annoyances but otherwise good stay. We didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in our room. No biggie bc we brought some but it wasn’t filled after we let staff know. Breakfast was…okay. Decaf coffee was out in the afternoon and evening, no sugar free creamers and never hot.
Great location. Spacious room with kitchen/seating area. Full-sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

United StatesThis is our 3rd stay here and it is always clean and the front desk to cleaning staff are all so professional and accommodating. The gym is well maintained, breakfast is good and has ample options. The rooms are well kept and have yet to need to swap out or phone front desk for problems with room.

DominicaI didn't like that their options for breakfast were as far as meat was limited. It would be nice if they offered turkey and beef as options for bacon or sausage. I also think almond milk should be served as well and a better selection of cereals served. Also, I was surprised when the elevator wasn't working. It was weird. I had an elevator key card, and sometimes it worked, and other times, I didn't need it. That was just weird. The elevators are just funny... not in a good way. They need to look into that more and fix that because it caused a huge inconvenience when I had my stroller with my Son and the staff had to help me get downstairs with my food and my son in his stroller. They were very helpful! That was a blessing. Last but not least,I loved the room we had. I just had one issue with the door handle on the bathroom door, which was loose, and I reported it to be fixed. In addition to this, in conclusion, I really loved it. I will be back. If possible, other guest need to handle their kids. I was so upset about the noise late night early morning because other guest allowed their children to be disruptive while my family and I were trying to sleep.
I love the location of the hotel. It is surrounded by three sectioned part areas of stores and malls. You can walk to the stores from the hotel. I loved it!!!!!! I will most definitely be coming back. I had a few things I didn't like, but I overall enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing!!! They work hard and they work together. I also liked that I received text from the Manager's about how things were going. My issues were addressed.
