The barn doors on the bathrooms are terrible that lack privacy and you can see into the bathroom.

Loud AC running in the night. Bathroom door needs repairs. Bathroom wall papers peeling. Missing "Do not disturb" sign and front desk didn't have any extra.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t ready for us till 6pm the day we showed up for check in so I feel like we missed out on a few hours of swimming cause of that. The continental breakfast felt a bit unorganized and we had to rely on someone being present to serve us some of the food and at times people were waiting for them to return and there’s not a lot of space there in that area so it started to feel a little cramped. I also didn’t really like the location of the food and eating area. I’ve been to other hotels where they have a designated cafe area with food all set up for serving yourself and I feel if this was done that way, it would be a lot better experience and more efficient. I loved that they had buckwheat waffles. Those were delicious. But I couldn’t find any cream cheese for the bagels.

I loved the location…I loved that it’s a little on the outskirts and not in the thick of busy traffic areas. I felt very safe there which was super important to me cause we are a family. The staff were super friendly. My room was absolutely clean and felt fresh. I loved that my room had a good size fridge and nice little mini kitchen. The pillows are so comfy. It was very quiet which was nice too. I really enjoyed the pool area which was very clean and set up nicely with plenty of towels available for swimmers.

I requested for groups to stay together and spoke to the front desk and they were able to make the changes. When we checked it, we were all in different floors and rooms.

Not enough towels when we stayed , when requested hotel was too busy that they don’t have enough towels to provide . No room service and cleaning staff to come clean up the room even though no disturb sign was on .

Could have been better but are Not deal-breakers for us: (1) two corners of the fitted bed sheet kept coming undone due to worn elastic; (2) we would recommend the property add hooks or bars in the bathroom where guests can hang their bathrobe or used towels. and (3) the room signage indicated we would have maid service every other day, however we had no maid service during our three-night stay.

We liked the room because it was spacious, had a kitchenette, the bed was comfortable, the sitting area was comfortable and functional (sofa, ottoman, desk with pull-out table, chair on wheels), there was sufficient lighting to read and knit, convenient plugs for our devices, and quite a bit of storage space.

The pool area a bit dirty. The room did not have an hair dryer - basic amenity it took over an hour for the guys to bring one, so that should be improved on.

The location is very good, the staff , Jessica was very nice. The indoor pool also good but could be improved and further cleaned.

The shower gel was out and the room only had 3 towels.

We relocated from CA to ID and had our dogs and kids with us. Home2Suites in Reno was so accommodating! They put us on the first floor and right by a side door so we could have easy access to the outside with our dogs! The rooms are big and insulated well which is great for dogs. I would recommend for travelers with kids and/or dogs.

The A/C / heater was noisy and kept me awake as it had a high-pitched squealing noise. Very annoying. The breakfast was decent, just wish the hot food wasn't all microwaved breakfast sandwiches and such.

Needed more attention to set up and cleaning upon arrival- only 2 towels provided though there were 3 of us, no towel racks/knobs in bathroom to hang wet towels and comforter was dirty. Called front desk for new comforter and it was not provided; housekeeping did not come at all as described in our 3 night stay.

Pool area was smaller than it looked in photos and felt crowded with just 1-2 other families there. It was also very loud inside the pool area. My kids still had fun though and we were happy the pool was indoors.

Included breakfast was convenient, suite style room was great for a family of 4, hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

Honestly, the bathroom door didn't lock. It needed to.

The room was gorgeous and spacious! And totally sound proof. Which gave this exhausted mama a bit of a reprieve. Our kids could move and talk with out any worry we were torturing our neighbors.

Breakfast needed to include something for gluten and dairy free, staff were no assistance at all which just made our morning more complicated as two of our family could not eat anything for breakfast Not impressed with concierge. We needed to organise a taxi or uber for the next morning to airport - was very unhelpful supplying contact details, wouldn't organise for us and contact details we did get didn't show up the next day and concierge then tells us they are typically unreliable and recommends a different service who are - why did he give us the other company details then the day before - just didn't need that extra stress when you are in a new town and needing to get to the airport - could just tell he was not interested in providing customer service.
