It was a comfortable stay while we visited Richmond University we will definitely be back since our daughter is now going to be attending the school. The staff was nice and helpful.

The pattern on the duvet cover was beautiful however a bit rough to the sink if you lay on it. Also the breakfast was so disappointing. 🫣😔😞🥺😭😢. It left a lot to be desired especially for people that don’t eat scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and English muffins. As a suggestion boiled eggs and bacon strips or maybe sausage links would be amazing. However I did love the curtain that hide the breakfast bar went not in use. To be honest the decor in the lobby did no justice for what was up stairs. Also maybe a separate attendant for breakfast would be nice. The shower could have been a little larger.

The ambience from was extremely inviting and beautiful especially once you got off the elevator. The carpet colors were so beautiful, vibrant, and complementary to that of the walls and the light fixtures in the wall. The aesthetic of the room was SOOOO PLEASINGLY BEAUTIFUL and comforting from the hounds tooth pattern and color palette, right down to the small night light in the bathroom. The beauty of the organized kitchen with is GE and Cuisinart appliances, and generous sink size and fridge, to the very well appointed and organized dishes. How dare I forget about the truly unexpected added detail of a dishwasher that was also generously sized for a hotel and the rollaway oval table was so well appointed, convenient and made me smile . If I’m extra the contrasting shape of the oval with the rectangular desk it perfectly fit under was so genius and lovely 😊. The overall color palette of the room was BEAUTIFUL from the sofa to the room divider curtain and carpet, the accent wallpaper in the wall cubbies. The bed and pillows were sooooo comfy and made me want to take them with me. It would be great if you could give me some of those pillows for my rave review 🤣😂😇🥰. I was so at Home there and never wanted to leave. Job well done design team and house keeping. Side note I love the family sized tables on the patios and well if has inspired us to bring our children here for some pool and picnic 🧺 fun.

We were. happy. I didn’t eat breakfast there since we were meeting friends but I’d like to see more gluten free options.

We liked the size and facilities in the room, comfortable bed, easy access shower and design. Great place to stay if you were going to be there for a week because of the large refrigerator and the kitchen seating table doubling as a second desk space.

The pool heater was not working so the pool was very cold and we were unable to enjoy.

Very nice, clean, and had large rooms! Super pet friendly! The staff was very nice as well! Would stay again!

We both loved the bed & pillows, believe me it’s a rarity! I liked the access to a washer/dryer to do a quick load when traveling 10+ days. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. The kitchen in the room was very nicely equipped & the breakfast was very good.
