- *Front Desk Issues*: Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my room payment, which was quickly resolved with management. However, the front desk staff could improve their handling of 3rd-party bookings. - *Additional Fees*: There was a $50 per night Holder's fee for bookings made through 3rd-party platforms. - *Pest Issues*: The exterior of the building and pool area had a significant pest problem, with spiders and bugs present throughout. - *Pool Maintenance*: The pool was not well-maintained, with floating dead bugs and spider webs present. The staff seemed to neglect the pool area while keeping the lounge area clean. - *Noise and Parking*: The hotel's proximity to a train track may cause noise disturbances, and while parking was available, it felt cramped at times. Additionally, there were no electric charging spots nearby.

- *Excellent Breakfast*: The breakfast options were great, and the quality was satisfying. - *Spacious Rooms*: The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with utilities for cooking and entertainment. The beds were big and comfortable, making it ideal for couples and families. - *Amenities*: The bathroom was huge with ample space, a fantastic mirror, and great shower facilities with plenty of hot water. The room also featured shades and blinds for the windows, and the AC worked efficiently. - *Location*: The hotel's location was excellent, with numerous dining and entertainment options nearby, saving time on travel.

The beds were comfortable but a little firm, but did get good sleep. (Just spoiled by our bed at home:). ) wouldn’t have changed anything at the hotel!!

Had a great experience the moment we walked in feeling welcomed, the room was comforting after long day of travel and accommodating as we asked for a first floor room and that was available. The gym had what we needed and very clean. Would recommend anyone to stay. We also enjoyed the variety of healthy breakfast selection along with messages from the staff that if we needed anything to just reach out by calling or to text, which I thought was a great upgrade. One last thing upon arrival we received a goodie bag for being honors members, which I can say this hotel was the first to ever give us anything! So good job!!!!

The area is just being developed, so there weren’t nearby amenities such as restaurants, drug stores, etc. The breakfast was adequate, but lacked some important protein such as breakfast meat or yogurt.

The hotel was light, bright, and clean. The free wi-fi was fast. Elevators were conveniently located and quick. Parking was plentiful and seemed very safe. Access to and from the interstate was easy to navigate.

There was a piece missing on the bathtub spout, so none of us could take a shower; staff was kind and apologetic about it.

The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of variety. The room was larger than most, and very clean. The hotel is new and well furnished. It was quiet at night. No major complaints.
