Fridge was out the entire stay. Was always assured maintenance would take a look at it, never fixed. Breakfast selection limited. On the final day of our stay the elevators were out.

mattress needs to be replaced . more pillows. only 3 for a king size bed. Shower improve water pressure. needs a seating area. Rest room in lobby toilet was full of previous guest use. not sure if it was plugged or not flushed. should have staff check common area's more routinely for cleanliness

basic breakfast. could have offered sausage or bacon with waffles. some what busy. perhaps have a separate area for families to have breakfast.

We were not charged the rate we received from booking.com. We were supposed to get a discount from Home2 because we had to change to another room because the door didn't lock! Same room not an upgrade. Didn't get the discount or the rate quoted. I sent two emails to the Saginaw location. I have gotten to response. We only stayed 6 nights instead of 7 and we paid $897 booking quote was $791 for 7 nights!

Breakfast was a lackluster. Not a lot of options. Breakfast sandwhiches were good though. The juice machine was not on and multiple people tried. There was no out of service sign.

Ryleigh greeted us with a pleasant smile performing her role with poise and efficiently. They immediately corrected a booking issue and provided the room we requested. The room was spacious. The TV picture was clear.

Price was noticeably higher than other comparable facilities in the area and the breakfast bar was not extensive.

Cleanliness, service and all was very good with no problems at all. I would not say the facility was attractive romantically. Property and attention to details was noticeably improved from other facilities in the area.

The worst part was we stood at the front desk on. Check in day 40-50 minutes with no one at the desk. We even called the police to see if they could come and see if somebody had had a heart attack and died or something. After about 45-50 min of standing there, calling cops and talking to everybody passing by....an african american younger male came to the desk. He said someone was smoking or he was checking out somebody smoking, which was ridiculous. You don't leave your desk for 50 minutes And leave it 100% unattended!! So anyway, that was a hot mess. Everything in your front desk fridge could have been stolen, but luckily, no one got in it. because I was standing there the whole time with my two daughters and our two dogs. Check-in was really terrible, but other than that, everything was great!! I did speak to the desk girl the next morning about it, so they found out about it all. They were very apologetic

I liked the room. The breakfast every morning was the best I have had in many, many years. Nowhere else gives you breakfast sandwiches along with everything else you offered. Most places give you gross sausage, OK eggs, gross pancakes that tastes like cardboard, some cereal and yogurt, but your breakfast sandwiches made everything better and I could eat it on the way to the Frankenmuth Dog Bowl. We also loved your waffle Maker. That was really appreciative. My favorite staff member is the older African American gentleman that works in the early morning and is so friendly. I actually miss him. He is the best ever. I hope he stays until he retires!!. I would love to see him again.

The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. There was no safe in the room or extra pillows/blankets. We probably could have called to get them but it would be nice to have that in the room already as there is a pullout available if needed.

Hotel was very nice, all the amenities desired were available.

The drawers were dirty and I had to wipe them clean. The room darkening curtain was missing in the room as well as the curtain that divides the couch area from the beds.

The room was very large. Great to have a full size refrigerator and freezer.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, bed not made correctly, no towels in swim area, so then we used our room towels, but was given a hard time when asked for more towels for showers.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff serving breakfast were accommodating and extremely helpful and likeable! The African American gentlemen went out of his way to help accommodate guests.

Deposit, pool was cold, No Hot Tub, $4.99 internet charge

The breakfast, the staff, the comfort, the room size The only thing I can complain about is the deposit and the $4.99 per day charge for internet that is easy to get charged to the room. All u need is last name and room #.
