Location is perfect. Short drive into the center and close to highway to Tybee Beach. Great rooms and the personnel is really nice. Fitness and pool looked nice (not used). The breakfast was good. Nice and varied. Parking below is very convenient.

Non-EV were parking in the charging station parking space. They have 2 charging stations covered open garage and non- covered space.

The room was very comfortable with big comfy beds, fridge and spacious desk to work using your laptop. A prime location. I have an EV so having a charging station was awesome. The staff were very accommodating (Lashana)

Il didn't like the staff member nonchalant attitude upon arrival especially when I asked about the additional rates I was being charged without notice. Also almost a 100 dollars for taxes on this room. I've always stayed in this Hilton in every state or city I travel to & this was a 1st I've felt over charged & sad.

Room was comfortable as always, reason why I always choose this hotel.

There were kids in the room above us running at top speed and jumping off every surface possible into the late nights. Not the hotel's fault but it was a real aggravation. The handrail in the shower is placed vertically instead of horizontal. WATCH YOUR ELBOWS.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pro tip: always use spray on the waffle maker lol.

The outside balcony areas would have been nicer if the view was better, the balcony with the grill basically faces the parking lot and a building. I called to verify that there was a stove in the room, when I got there, no stove, asked at the desk and she brought out a cooktop with a tiny pan about the size to cook 1 egg. So don;t count on cooking a full meal

Liked the waffles at breakfast and the all day coffee and hot water, the indoor pool was a decent size for my son to swim. The area where this hotel is nice, Publix close by as well as restaurants and shopping.

Equipment wasn't working for the breakfast . And food was not being handled correctly . Bare hands touching food people were going to consume especially with the pandemic 😕

Difficulty getting enough towels for 5 guest every day of our 5 day stay. Hallways were not clean every day. Trash and crumbs were not removed every day in hallways. Need more than 2 washers and dryers for laundry.

I was charged $100 pet fee without being informed. At the time of my reservation I emailed the property to state I was traveling with a small dog. At that point I was informed there would be no extra charge. However, upon checking out I was charged $100. pet fee! First of all, I do not consider $100 pet fee to make a property" pet friendly", more like being penalized for having a pet on property... especially when the room it self was only $130. When I tried to dispute the charge the General Manger was less than helpful or even personable at all. I was finally refunded my $100 after showing email proof the property stated I would not be charged extra for my dog. Needless to say this was not an issue I wanted to deal with while traveling.

Nice pillows. The only professional and helpful employee is Monica at the front desk. Everyone else was horrible and un professional including the general manager.

Due to Covid, the staffing was limited. Sometimes we had to make two trips to get towels or toiletries because the front desk person was doing multiple duties including laundry. Plus side, the hallways were kept clean and clear even though there was little to no housekeeping services. The dishwasher in the room was unnecessary. A stove top or hotplate would probably be more useful. 🤔

The kitchenette was fully stocked!! Plenty of pillows for each bed even the pull out bed (couch). Plenty of storage space.

The only thing that I didn’t like was how they cleaned the glasses in the room. They were dirty or wipes with a dirty cloth. Then the dish washer wad the same since stainless steel. Then seeing some past guest pieces of item left. Other than than it was good.
