though I did not eat breakfast there it looked like a tiny spot. Other than that no complaints.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The hotel is in a great area to access everything. The drive shack is really cool place to play next door. Will stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perhaps there was a couple of reason why it was lacking food choices were; other people walking in who appeared to be workers from there and/ or somewhere walking in through the main entrance helping themselves? Also, the two cops sitting there at length enjoying their nice, long hot meal..?

We had no clue you had to request for your room to be cleaned 4 hours in advance. That makes no sense to us. We found out by coming back to a room w the beds not done and no new towels and garbage in our garbage can. My friend made are beds. Very disappointing

The common areas are smaller than they appear in the photos. The pool could use some more furniture. The additional “lounge” area with the firepit is in the front of the hotel next to the main entrance and parking lot, so it didn’t feel like a place you could comfortably relax in. The pictures made it look like an oasis but it was lackluster. The firepit was covered the night we stayed — not sure if it’s only used in the “winter” but would’ve been nice to see it on. The room felt and looked clean but upon closer look some of the surfaces needed an extra wipe down. There was what appeared to be sand and hair from previous users. (The hotel was sold out so I figured they had rushed some of the cleaning. Not too big of a deal but was the primary reason for not scoring this as “exceptional.”) We got back to the hotel after 11pm on a Wednesday night and most everything in the area was closed — not many restaurants to begin with — so we drove to the nearest fast food drive thru. I was craving waffles in the morning but for some reason they weren’t available that day.

We arrived early and were able to use the pool while waiting for our room. The pool was nice, clean and warm. The room was huge, quiet and very comfortable. Modern decor and finishes. Loved the full size refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of countertop space. A/C is a window unit but it was controlled by a thermostat on the wall and the sound was barely noticeable, if at all. Great view on the poolside with plenty of natural light, and blackout shades for sleeping in. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. Overall I had a great night of sleep.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom upon arrival. I had to ask for said amenities. My room was bypassed for cleaning. I called the front desk and was told that I had to ask for room service.

FALSELY ADVERTISED!!! When we booked this hotel for our extended stay vacation we booked it based off of the fact that an indoor pool was advertise. After checking in and walking around the hotel to locate the indoor pool we were informed that there is no indoor pool on the property, only outdoor. When I explained the advertisement and the reason for booking to the MOD I was told they have nothing to do with that and didn't know it advertised as such. I contacted booking.com who contacted the property and stated that they would follow up with me and no one ever did. This misleading and false advertisement has cost us a lot and created an overall awful experience. The staff was unprofessional Jenny wore a hoodie on every shift and gave us grief each time our keys needed to be reprogrammed even after I explained that I am unsure why the keys keep malfunctioning. We planned a bbq using the grills on site and to our surprise there was feces all of the patio near the grill area making it disgusting and unclean to cook food. We informed the Vee (staff on duty)who stated "wtf" are you serious right now and stated that she will let somebody know that it needs to be cleaned up. The outdoor pool was full of leaves and bugs and hadn't been cleaned. The grounds keeping and housekeeping could have been a lot more attentive to keeping the rooms cleaned and stocked before they took 2 days off. Everything we needed the front desk stated they did not have or didn't have a key to get it. Needless to say this was a stay from hell from the moment we checked in until now when we are still waiting to be refunded for the illegal false advertisement which was completing misleading and the horrific experience over all.

The location is great. We enjoyed being within the proximity to everything we needed including beaches. We enjoyed the fire pit as well.
